My 8 year-old had never been to Popeyes before and wanted to try it. We each had the 2 piece meal with fries and she LOVED it. She usually does like fried chicken, but she enjoyed it here. Polite staff, clean restaurant, great fast food!

I spent over 20 mins in the drive thru and no one was inside the store eating, it wasn't clear whether or not the dining room was open so I stayed in the drive thru. Waited over 30 minutes on 2 sandwiches. Didn't let anyone know there would be a wait, After pulling everyone up they locked the doors so you couldn't even go in to ask for a refund. I do understand the staffing issues as someone who works in food service but that was ridiculous.

The manager was not a very nice person. Not only was she rude to the customers, she was also rude to the employees. We were there at 415 on Friday Jy 1st. I hope the corporate office sees this post. That manager needs to find a new career, not in customer service.
