I like Domino's Pizza and order from there enough to receive rewards fairly often. I live outside of their delivery zone and have to pick up my order from the restaurant.
I always order through the app, because it is easy to use. I usually place my order 2-3 hours in advance before I go to pick it up. It's easy to track when my order is being prepared and ready for pickup.
The food is consistently hot and fresh and ready on time. It always smells so good on the drive home that I am tempted to pull over and have a slice.
My only complaint is that when I arrive at the pick-up window, they can never seem to find my name or order. There are always a few minutes of confusion before they locate it, even though it was sitting in front of them the entire time. I'm perplexed as to why this happens to me every visit...
I ordered delivery and when the driver was at my door, just as he was handing me a pasta bread bowl I ordered- my dog tried to push thru and I dropped it. It went face down on my rug right in front of my door. It wasn’t the driver’s fault. He went out of his way, to call back to the store and spoke with the manager telling them what happened. They remade the bread bowl and another very nice driver dropped it to me in about 15-20 mins free of charge. Definitely went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service! And of course the food was Very good. Thanks again!
Always good pizza. The employee Alex, was very nice, cheery, and helpful. Excellent customer service skills, hard to find nowadays.
