Either the owner changed or they realized how much money the store was losing, but there has been a SIGNIFICANT change. Great attitudes, clean store, nice drive thru. We called in and we actually GOT what we ordered!!! Keep it up!
The Dauphin Island Parkway location has improved quite a bit in the last 6 months. I changed my rating 1 to 4 stars because of the improvements that I've seen. The hot and ready pizzas were not ready. They were still being prepared but it was a short wait and the pizza was fresh and hot. Customer service was good i was greeted upon arrival. And i was apologized to for the wait and thanked for my patience as well.
