There is always something wrong with our order. It's rarely ready when it's supposed to be. Even when we check our order before we leave, it's usually takes a couple tries to get it right. That's if we're willing to wait for them to remake the pizza that's already 15-20 minutes late. If you only get the premade pizzas, it's probably fine most of the time.

On March 24th I ordered DEEP DEEP Dish Cheese Pizza, a Pretzel Crust Pizza, a Crazy Bread Combo, and an extra Crazy Sauce online from your Little Caesars store on (2852 Dauphin Island Pkwy, Mobile, AL) When my husband went to pick up the pizza, not only was it not ready, but he was told they could not make a Deep Dish pizza and we would get an original crust cheese pizza instead. So he had to wait for that pizza to be done. My husband watched as they put the pizza in the box, as they put the pretzel crust pizza in the box it folded onto itself. He was tired of waiting and brought our food home. Upon arriving home, I noticed we not only didn't get the sauce the Crazy Bread combo was supposed to come with, but we didn't get the extra sauce I paid for either. The Crazy bread was raw (I had to put it in my oven for 30 minutes to get it edible) and both pizzas also were undercooked, so much so that we throw half of them away. That night I immediately reported this on Little Caesar's online customer complaints asking for a callback and a full refund. On March 26th I went to the store and spoke to the manager and was told only the Corporate office could issue a refund. It is April 6th and I still have not received a callback or a refund. I have called your corporate customer service line on March 26, 29, 31, April 1 and 5 only to be told someone will call me back. Yet, here I am April 6th with no callbacks and no refund.

Either the owner changed or they realized how much money the store was losing, but there has been a SIGNIFICANT change. Great attitudes, clean store, nice drive thru. We called in and we actually GOT what we ordered!!! Keep it up!

The Dauphin Island Parkway location has improved quite a bit in the last 6 months. I changed my rating 1 to 4 stars because of the improvements that I've seen. They put in a drive-thru window and added 2 curbside signs. The inside of the store is cleaner and employee uniforms have improved a bit, but still not great. You still have to wait a bit, even if you order 10-15 minutes ahead. They don't keep alot of commonly ordered items ready at hand. They utilize a pager system for orders that'll take a bit. When it starts vibrating, you pull up to the drive-thru window to receive your order. The cooler is stocked better than before.

It was by far the best pizza I have gotten from a Little Caesars restaurant, and was even better then the last order I had gotten from Pizza Hut.

Not bad. This location wasn't very busy, and the manager delivered fast and friendly service.

The hot and ready pizzas were not ready. They were still being prepared but it was a short wait and the pizza was fresh and hot. Customer service was good i was greeted upon arrival. And i was apologized to for the wait and thanked for my patience as well.

Tried this place twice both times the pizza was awful and the service horrible. Both times the pizzas were burnt with very little sauce or toppings. The workers there were also very standoffish and rude. They seemed annoyed when you asked any questions. These seem to be common complaints about this location that have not changed. This is by far the worst Little Caesars I have experienced. The others a least made pizza that was better than frozen. This location can not even pull that off.
