I came 10 minutes before close and the staff was so kind to me and made my drinks perfectly!! To the workers closing tonight on May 7th, y’all are awesome! I usually have good experiences with this Dunkin, but today I didn’t. First, the line was super backed up and orders kept getting lost, including mine. This Dunkin’ Donuts is a joke. I live right down the road and have gone multiple times. Extremely long wait times and they have never gotten my order correct once. This morning I waited 30 minutes and didn’t even get the food that I paid for due to running late for work after waiting so long.

Excellent place to get fresh coffe all day long, croissants sandwiches, espresso beverages, donuts and many other menu items to choose from. This is a newer location near South AL University, staff are attentive and place kept clean and neat.
