Worst McDonald's location I've gone to. I empathize with the workers because it appears they are short staffed, however they are rude, and their customer service is awful. I know you cannot expect much being it's McDonald's, but every time I come to this location the order is wrong or I'm ignored, or they are just rude. I attempted an online order to see if it would be less hassle, but they flat out just wouldn't fulfill my order explaining they were short staffed, and saying there was no way to pull up an order when they could simply just scan it or put a code in to view the order. The person in front of me also had an online order and said they waited half an hour having to walk up to the window because they didn't come out to curbside, so they had pick up order their order at the window. They left their smoothies out the order. and they only handed her one of her drinks lying saying the machine "went down" after they made the first one when that makes no sense, clear they were just lazy not wanting to take online orders. Management needs to step in and hire more people so two people aren't working, and push better customer service.

Terrible customer service. Using the Mobile app to order here just makes ordering even more of a hassle. Ordering through the drive through speakers is so annoying too. They'll ask me to go ahead with my order, I'll tell them what I want, and then there's a solid 2 minutes of silence and then maybe they'll ask me to repeat myself. This literally happens every single time. Then at the next two windows employees will hand you items without saying a single word. If you ask them a question, they're rude. More than half the time the order will be wrong. It's just terrible. I don't understand how they're still in business. Are our standards for service as customers this low to keep coming to places like this? From now on I'll go to Chick-fil-a. I'd rather wait longer and pay more for good service than this nonsense.

Pulled up to the drive thru and placed my order. Pulled around to the 1st window and paid at 1:19. Got to the 2nd wrongdoer and was given drinks and told to pull into the curbside pickup. After 20 minutes the girl brings out my order. It's missing 4 fries. I got my horn which she ignored so I had to yell at her to which she said "ummm ok". It takes another 10 minutes to complete my order. IF THE EMPLOYEES HATE WORKING THERE, WHY ARE THEY?

Can't resist their world famous "freedom fries" (French fries). Not to mention their "Filet-O-Fish" sandwich, hold the tarter sauce, add ketchup❗ Not bad especially when it doesn't take but a few minutes to prepare❗ Enjoy, folks.

This location turns the outside lights off to avoid customers. They also say the machine is down once you try to order anything . This happened twice in one week. I saw them turn lights on at 11 when store was suppose to be closed.

I’ve been eating at this McDonald’s frequently lately and this is by far the best McDonald’s in mobile in my opinion. The lunch time cook needs a raise, their burgers are perfectly put together and not threw together and tossed in the bag. Highly recommend this McDonald’s

Ordered using the app for our payment method and got some extra chicken nuggets by using points. They were good and crisp, and we appreciate they remembered to add the sauce to the bag, unlike some other locations…
