Guncles’ products are absolutely amazing! The chocolate cake is incredible and you won’t believe it’s gluten-free! I am so thankful we finally have quality gluten-free baked goods in our area. Thank you, Guncles!! I’d love to see your products in some of our local restaurants.
Tried the chocolate ganache and a lemon raspberry something. Delicious! Even if you’re not GF (i am not) these cakes were amazing! Definitely recommend!

You guncles are evil geniuses. The chocolate ganache cake I bought from you at today’s farmer’s market was divine. Thanks for making cake for a wheat and nut allergy girl like me. I can’t indulge like this every week, but I doubt I’ll manage to stay away too long.
I don't know how to pronounce the name of this company but everything is fabulous.. The LEMON cake was the best thing ever! Banana Nut Bread was second and Chocolate cake was third.. In my opinion. I tried them at the Market at the Pillars today...
Today I bought every Cake they had ! The samples were so yummy I could not leave without them! And the Guys were Awesome and Very kind! Very good Gluten Free Cake!!!! A++

Fantastic gluten free sweets and bread option. My spouse is gluten intolerant and she was in heaven being able to get high quality sweets and breads that are free of gluten.
We took home a variety of items and everything was great. The cinnamon rolls are excellent. And that’s coming from a person that can eat gluten 😉.
During our stop we were able to eat cinnamon rolls and have a cup of coffee, tea and OJ on a table in front of the store.
Note: you don’t go into the store. They come to you out front.
So thankful for a gluten free bakery! I got the chocolate chip cookies with toffee and mini bodacious berry mini cake. The cookies are so thick & soft - always like they just came out of the oven. The cake was so delicious - my husband couldn't tell it wasn't a regular cake. Found out I can get their goodies in Fairhope at Kind Cafe or Page & Palette. Love love love this place!!
While visiting Mobile, I stopped to get some gluten-free sweet treats for myself. I'm glad I stopped! Loved the friendliness and discipline of Covid precautions. The dessert was tasty, and on point. Will I go again or order online? Most definitely!
Very professional modern and stylish business environment. We weren’t even sure what we wanted when we come in but John was very informative and was able to help get us exactly what we needed to satisfy our sweet tooth. The packaging was neat and presentable and it come in the cutest little clear box stuffed with tissue paper the little cake looked almost too beautiful to eat and it definitely tasted as good as it looked! For No GMO and gluten free food this cake was to die for and it was reasonably priced so we will be paying many more visits in the near future. Thanks Guncles!!!
This isn't just an awesome gluten free bakery it's an awesome bakery. We were traveling and one of our party is allergic to gluten, we were looking for gluten free options for her. This was a highlight. Their cinnamon rolls were delicious. The gentleman that waited on us was extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend stopping here if you have the opportunity.
I wish I could give this place 100 stars! My kids and I are gluten free and it’s usually really hard to find GF baked good that taste good. We’ve stopped at this bakery 3 times while passing through AL and have never been disappointed. All their pastries are so delicious! I love seeing the excitement in my kids’ eyes knowing they have so many options to choose from. We’ve had their cookies, raspberry and lemon bread and cupcakes and everything was amazing. Another plus is their customer service. Everyone is so nice and professional! This is a dream come true bakery for those of us with gluten allergies.

O M G these cakes are beautifully packaged and delicious. Really love the ingredients details on the back as we have different allergies and this helps a lot. We’re techie nerds so all the love and special details are absolutely amazing. Very nicely done Guncles!! A++ (who-hoo!!)
My first time having something from Guncles. I picked up cinnamon rolls for the office and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. Didn't realize it had cream cheese icing but it wasn't overpowering. The roll itself was sweet and delicious.
