I had not been there for quite a while Because I am not down near that location very often, However I did stop in on Thursday on Thursday and had a bite to eat it was quick, it was hot, It was fresh, & it was delicious there was a little gal there named Kelsey C. and she was wonderful! She helped
Fazoli's offers good Italian style fast food, via a drive up window.
My wife LOVES any kind of pasta, but due to her special needs she isn't comfortable dining out anymore. If an appointment at the hospital nearby runs into mealtime, Fazoli's is her favorite stop!
The food is Americanized Italian
It's been a few years since I've been here and the meals are still pretty good. My only complaint is the chicken carbonara had very little chicken and was very dried out. It was seasoned nicely, just need more than 5 small pieces and less reheated time. The staff was great!

Haven’t been to Fazoli’s in awhile, but it was very good & definitely worth the money for how much food we got! Allison was very polite, made sure we got everything we were wanting, checked up on us & an overall sweet girl! Will definitely be back in the near future! (5947)
Customer service was simply outstanding on all levels. At a busy time the dinning room was very clean and well attended. The food was prompt, hot, and delicious. The positivity from the staff was contagious and was genuine. Can’t wait to go back!
We love going here! For a day food Italian it is way cheaper and faster than olive garden. Live unlimited bread sticks for dine in. Note that due to socialize distancing can only seat 4 at a table. Only wish there was on the Davenport side!
On Saturday the manager noticed that there was an issue with my gift card. I was preparing to pay for my order when she stepped in and said she wanted to try again. She resolved the gift card issue and was apologetic for the issue. AWESOME customer service!! Thank you very much :)
