Review Frankie's Touch Of Italy Pizzeria - Monee

I recently moved my grooming shop into Green Garden and realized we had severely limited our food delivery options. I've got a decent sized crew and we do like to order in once a week or so. We tried Frankie's for the first time today and absolutely loved it! Their menu is extensive and all of us ordered something different. Prices were totally reasonable. Every single thing we ordered was delicious! The woman who took my phone order was pleasant. The delivery guy was very nice. Our order came in a timely manner. Very good experience and we will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

Nice place, good food. 1st time the staff was extremely friendly, the 2nd time our waitress wasnt the nicest and seem to take care of the "regulars" before she helped us. Other the. That great choices on the menu cant go wrong.

Great old school "real" pizza!..one of my top favorite places to go enjoy a good pizza and a beer or two. Friendly staff and cozy environment...If you enjoy good pizza this is the place to visit l!..

Very disappointed with their service. I have been a customer for over 4 years and the only thing I order from them is their Italian Beef because NOT A FAN OF THE PIZZA. I order it the same way every time and every time they get it wrong. Usually when someone goes out of their way to order something with NO PICKLES its because they don't like them. And for some reason no matter how many times I order with no pickles, wouldn't you know it, there they are. Unfortunately this time I totally forgot they can't follow a simple request and after letting it sit for 10 mims even the fries taste like pickles. They did offer to make me a new one but not willing to deliver it. Very disappointing in their customer service and the ability to prepare an order correctly. Sicilian Joe will now have my Italian beef business along with my pizza. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE!

This place is a hidden local gem on the far south side. This is a truly classic Chicago style pizzeria setup with cozy booths, brick walls, family atmosphere with a modest bar. Thin crust and pan style are awesome with bountiful ingredients and great crust, but the deep dish pizza with the special sauce is probably the best I've ever had. This is a safe place that practices COVID-19 safety including masks and they ought to know that their customers really appreciate that you have our back in a tough time. They'll do contact-free delivery as well. Owner is a nice fellow, great staff, my family has both dined and had delivery from Frankie's dozens and dozens of times.
