Review Burger King - Monee

Ordered Ch'king Deluxe combo,, medium,, with Coke. Woman at drive thru taking orders hollers at a coworker through the intercom, tells me to pull around. Kinda startled, I say 'sorry? A Choking Deluxe combo', then she interrupts and says 'I got your order, pull around '. Lady at window confirms drink, says the other lady will ring up, no problem. Gave her $20. No quarters in cash drawer, asks me for $.15, no problem, $10 back. 5 min go by, first Lady asks 'what was your order?'... now concerned. Second lady (likely the one from intercom) hands me food. I say thank you very much. 'Huh?' she says. I repeat thank you and pull away... only to find this burnt, inedible, non-Deluxe sandwich in the bag. No receipt provided. Will definitely not go back to this location.

UPDATE(Oct 26th 2021 1245 pm WHY ARE YOU CLOSED)I've been holding back because bk is my joint!!! BUT THIS ONE!! Everything here is all wrong, right now as I type I've been waiting on my food for 45 mins because there's only one person working. It's been a hit and miss Everytime I come here.. Reading other's review I see not much has been done to make things better here. Check out the old advertising (I'm here right now)

I wish I would've gotten the guy's name that took our order. He was such a kind, happy & helpful guy! Such a breath of fresh air after a long days work. I'm sure he's made many people's days just by being such a great person. Everything was excellent with our order too!

So I came to this Burger King with a coupon in hand. I mentioned the coupon for ordering, saying "I have a coupon for two chicken sandwiches and two small fries. Does that come with a drink? It doesn't say on there." The cashier said "okay you want two chicken sandwiches with two small fries" And then I repeated my question about drinks being included. Then somebody else came on the speaker and started taking my order. I asked the same question again, and then I was told if I had a coupon I was *supposed* to give the code first. Then he said "It's *too late* to put the coupon on because you didn't give the code." Well I didn't know I was supposed to give a code. I had MENTIONED the coupon and the cashier didn't ask for a code. So how is that my fault? I'm supposed to just know I have to give the code, or else the coupon doesn't work? I did not continue with my order here. That's just ridiculous. If it's some kind of issue with the register why can't they reset the order process so they can put in the code? They had to reset it for the next customer after I left. If I have a valid coupon, it's your responsibility to honor it. The customer should not have to jump through hoops to get what was offered.

I'm a Lifelong Burger King customer, places like this one have me rethinking my loyalty. Stopped by first Breakfast today, 2 Sausage & Egg Crossants, the eggs were so thin they looked like crepes & the sausage patties were old & over cooked. I'm Very 😡 This location needs to be shutdown Immediately!💯

I'd give them zero stars if possible. We've given them several chances and quite frankly I don't get how this place is still open. Some of the employees are really friendly but most of them clearly DON'T want to be there and treat you as an annoyance for being there, every single time something has been missing from our order or they simply don't have anything you're trying to order and this last time was the last straw. Not only was there a whole meal missing but I ate a few fries and almost immediately had to get treated for an allergic reaction. To clarify I have ZERO food allergies but what I do have is a severe MOLD allergy. How disgusting are your freezers and/or fryers that someone would break out in hives in their MOUTH immediately after eating a cpl fries. Just completely unacceptable if you value your money and health find a different BK. Don't go here they need to be shut down.

Ordered a couple small burgers and an ice water, charged a large drink. Unfortunately, I inquired about the charge, and the food wrappers were covered in grease. The regular cheeseburger had an upside-down patty and cheese, like it had been dropped on the floor and served. To the employees, your behavior today was unacceptable, and if u knowingly served this, it is a crime, and u may go to jail. Do better. It could get someone very sick.

Worse location ever! The cashiers will be here but no cooks, you wait in the drive thru for 20 mins, employees will let u sit in the drive thru and not acknowledge you but will be standing at the window. I work nearby and whenever i try to order i cant, every time, i been working nearby almost 2 years. They have attitudes and just overall unprofessional! This place needs new management or something.
