Review Subway - Monee

This subway is always either closed, out of stock on everything, or if they are open and running it takes years for them to make the sandwiches. Wouldn’t recommend bad management

I could’ve sworn when it says closes at 6 you’d close at 6 not 5:40. Better get that employee in check acting hard well making sandwiches… 2+2=4 so closed at 6= closed at 6.

Unwilling to even try for the customer. Tried to stop and pick dinner up on my way into an unplanned work shift, stopped knowing the advertised hours are till 9pm. Employee behind the counter bluntly stated they are closed, that they close at 6pm. It is not 6pm yet. Ignored on follow up connection.

Can't review something that's not even open for business. This place must be a joke.

Service is ok, food is good, but seating is terrible. Why can't they put more seating in this place?! The two and a half tables they have are always either filled with customers, or with employees on break or like today they were totally consumed by a Subway employee meeting. When they used to have more seating I would eat there 2-3 times a week. Now I hardly ever go there Don't you want business??

Hands down THE BEST customer service I have EVER experienced at a subway. We were blown away by the friendliness, humor, and attention to detail from Cecil and team! Would give this location 6 stars if I could.

Absolutely terrible! Rude, slow, and not trained properly. I was greeted by a 'what do you need' from the assistant manager after waiting five minutes for anyone to acknowledge me! Apparently the only good employee there was Chris. He now works at the Dunkin next to subway. If you want to be treated like your business is appreciated skip subway and go to Dunkin!

I’ve been her multiple times no issues everyone is very friendly , until today 2-15-20 at 1030 . A lady working with black hair never seen her in the past was working before ordering I asked a simple question on what is the difference between to sandwiches meat wise as i wanted to try something new and she didn’t even want to answer she kept ignoring me . And then she got smart with me over that question saying only the meat is different , I said forget the the sandwiches I’ll go elsewhere . Bad for business especially when we come from amazon multiple times a week to eat .
