Called in order when I arrived they did not have the order. Kinda upset me But they said it only take 10 min. Staff was friendly. Pizza was hot and fresh and had plenty of toppings. Good value. Will order again from here
Precious and Liz and Keyshawn are very friendly despite being sweltering and having a full Lobby on top of a 150 pizza order!! Very kind and courteous!!

Horrible. Made online order got there to no pizza done , the workers complaint and mouthing off about even getting the order and I love more than 15 minutes away from the store !! They’re rude and to top it off , my sausage pizza is AWEFUL. it took over 39 minutes to get my pizza and when I finall
Only had one person working during lunch rush. After 30 minutes they hand me the wrong pizza in my car. I bring the wrong order back inside and they bring the same pizza out (after I have touched it, opened the box to notice that it was the wrong pizza) then served the same pizza to another customer

Said they open up at 10:30 but didn't open up til almost 11:30. This has happened on more than one location. I know a bunch of people all over that says this has happened to them too.
I asked the lady WHAT IS READY RIGHT NOW...... And she told me what was ready, and that's what I got. Then after... i payed OF COURSE that is when she told me to go sit in my car and she would bring it to me wben ready i swear it took ATLEAST 30 minutes. I will be driving to West Monroe next time,
