I have been ordering here for the past year as a loyal customer, lately the last few delivery orders have been botched. They either mess the order up or take 40 minutes or more for delivery. I spoke with the manager who was so kind and polite and verbally made amends but it’s still a hit and miss

The sandwiches are really good and of course they are made really fast. I have never had an error with my order. The meat and the bread are always fresh. I wish they would offer new options for sandwiches more often. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the cost. It is starting to
