I love how they always close early. I wonder if the owner knows. The one chef is a douchebag and I always see the staff eating in the kitchen while making my food? Kinda gross.

This is one of our go-to casual dine-outs. Extensive salad bar, generous portions and very friendly service. We have a hard time agreeing on restaurants, but we can always agree on Salad Bistro, because they have so much to choose from.
Both times that I have been here, the food is fresh and tastes excellent. I will be back, and I will bring friends!
