Been going here for many of years.. Even when this place is jam pack, it's always a good environment and fun place for the kids to be. Employees are all great.

I had been trying too book a party Monrovia Chuck E Cheese but the times they had were not times that fit for us. I got there an hour early to look for a place for our guest and there were some open tables in the back that are used for booked parties. I spoke with the Manager Jose and he was just extreamly kind and understanding and offered me one of the big party tables. The party was a great success and the birthday girl was just so happy. Thank you Jose for making this happen ! You provide great customer service. God bless!

We brought our grandchildren age 2 & 7 during their overnight stay with us. It has been a few years since I have been to a Chuck E Cheese, but for the most part, the only change was a 'Ride Bracelet' that you buy for $11.00 that allows your child or grandchild to have unlimited access to the rides and games. The kid's rides kept my grandkids busy, and the pizza was good. This is not an economic way to entertain kids- we spent $85 for 2.5 hours. I think the prices could be a little more reasonable, which is the reason for my rating of 4 Stars. Like all Chuck E Cheese locations, the security is top notch, which is so important these days. We stayed with our 2 year old grandson and let our 7 year old granddaughter roam by herself without worrying. They have someone posted at the door continuously, and no child is allowed out without an adult with the same number stamped on their hand (stamp is done upon entering) Overall, this is a fun, safe environment for toddlers to grammer school children. My grandkids were very happy 😊. There were plenty of smiles to be seen - from all the kids there- so that made it all worthwhile.

This location is good. Not over crowded. Plenty of free parking. Plenty of games to play. Small toddler/kid rides available if you buy a game card with credits. Load it with a time limit or just credits. The kids have the power of swipping endlessly it seems which is great. The food is alright more options now. Quality of pizza has improved. Salad bar is good-all you can eat. Pretzel bites with cheese, fries, etc. typical menu items. Soda fountain. Have organic Horizon milk boxes which I always get for my daughter. Management during the weekday is excellent, very nice. Always help quickly if there's a machine problem.

Clean bathrooms, good variety of games for kids of different ages, and responsive, friendly management. Went during the 4th of July to avoid the heat after a local park was closed, and was surprised to see it operating normal hours. Food was decent too; wings and pizza took a while to cook but I'd rather have it fully cooked than undercooked. Will be returning here again, and it doesn't have to be a holiday either.

Large place, but a lot of the booths were not too big. My moms favorite part is the salad bar, but it wasn't too great. The pizza is good, but very greasy. We bought a lot of food and were given a tiny container of marinara, and ranch and weren't given refills. But, it's chuck e cheese so my child loved it haha. She was too busy playing to even think of the food though haha.
