The people who work here never make you feel welcome. I always feel bad for them... probably they don't like their jobs. On the other hand the food is respectable, and it's just the standard place to go get a bagel, a sandwich, or a drink around here. It's reliable and you should go here!

This is the spot for bagels. I was in NYC for 12 years and found my favorite bagels once I moved to Montclair and went to Sunrise. They have a great selection and boil them fresh every day. Sandwiches are good and staff are great. Only knock is that you have to check your order before you go to make

I really wish this place was more COVID-safe. Every single time I've gone there, their staff has their mask down. They pull it up when they are serving customers. If they have COVID, their customers can still catch it through their eyes.
