This location makes the worst pizza I ever had. Pizzas are always over cooked. Wait time is excessive every time. Staff is always late to open the doors. Customers have been known to stand outside for about 30 min past there posted opening sign.
I have had pizza from other in little Cesar locations and they are much better. Less wait time too.

The lady at the cash register was extremely rude 4/15/22 at 3pm. She made a rude noise after I told her my order like if I was bothering her. This lady did it to other customers to in front of me. There was a guy in the back making fun of African American people's hair. Please correct your employee's.

2 HOURS!!! For an online order! This is ridiculous! This is the third time this has happened. The manager definitely needs to be replaced by someone that knows how to run a pizza business. They don't even deserve the one star I'm giving them.

Hi, I'm sure this will be inundated with the rest of the complaints that others probably have put. But I still think it's worth being said.
The tl;dr is at the bottom. If you don't want to read my complaints about the store, I understand.
For some background information, I used to work in a Little Caesars, to be specific, I used to work at 602 W. Holt Blvd., Ontario. And worked there for a little under a year. While my store wasn't perfect, I have found this particular store always having internal problems at least from what I have noticed, and thought I'd let you know, dear customer.
This store, for some reason has time and time again been unsatisfying in comparison to the other little Caesars in the surrounding area.
The store always has had pleasant but very demotivated staff. I don't blame them, the pay isn't something I'd be enthusiastic about either. Every time I enter, they are always behind on orders and are never prepared with their pizza on time, their pizza is always lazily cut and the place is always severely understaffed.
I would love to go into much further detail about it all, with how they are ignoring certain procedures, but I feel like at that point, it would all be seen as cherry picking, and I don't blame people who say so.
You probably won't read this, and this is written with the idea that it won't be read, but I thought I'd write it anyways because I used to work at this company, and it annoys me that this specific store seems to underperform in comparison to every little Caesars around it.
TL;DR: The service is so extremely lackluster, the pizza is not made correctly, and is badly cut. It underperforms in comparison to every other Little Caesars in the area, at least in my opinion. Go to another one.

My kids just eat pizza from littles caesars and I always buy to be delivered but all the time they send me my order wrong, I have to go there and ask for new ones, I thing is very difficult for them to read the orders, my kids has autism and they are very special for the food. I'm always stressed about this situation, also when I go there they told me:THE SISTEM IS NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW!!! I pay almost $9 for the delivery and they never return to me that money. In 1 occasion many people was there with the same problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. They will tell you 10 minutes and have you wait an hour. Paid online and waited an hour for a simple order. Don’t waste your time at this location they don’t know what they’re doing.
