The selection was plenty, the store was clean, the bathrooms were large and the staff were friendly throughout. One of the better Dunkin locations we've seen and located right off the highway exit unlike most highway stops.
The man usually at the register, "mel" or "Jamel" is absolutely incredible and deserves a raise! Always has the most inviting bubbly personality. I look forward to seeing his smile before my work day 😁
Great new Dunkin. Fast friendly service, got our order right! Large parking lot, handicapped accessible. Large eat area, plenty of seating.
With mobile orders - staff is not attentive and hard to get their attention.
In the drive thru always expect long line....give yourself extra time. Otherwise, service is average.

Just took a job in Monticello and have already visited this location twice in one week! The boys working the window are super nice and they always get my order right! I wish every Dunkin’ was as good as this one, the Middletown one is horrible!!!
Best dunkin around. Fast with your order while doing it with a smile. Very kind to customers and quick with keeping a line going. My kids even love going here. The food is always right on point and tastes great.

There are not enough stars to say how much I love this place. Each morning I walk 3 miles before work to get my coffee. Yes I can brew at home, but the sheer thought about enjoying this coffee at Dunkin allows me to wait. The staff is very friendly and the choices you have are simply awesome.

I love the staff working here at the moment. The manager is a hard worker without a doubt. The only con I can think of is when I see a male who currently works there has some questionable hygiene practices. Fast service. Usually quite busy so they often run out of certain items. Otherwise, everything is always fresh. Recommended.
It's a typical Dunkin from the outside. I used the drive-through so can't comment on the interior. The staff seemed to move the cars through quicker than most local ones and got my order more correct than most, so good job.
Lines can be long on drive thru, but the coffee is usually done well and the staff are really nice.
Very nice, clean, well run. Quick & organized. On way to Bethel woods, but very close to Rt. 87., and/or 17. I was only waiting for my 2 kids to use bathroom, but 2 different employees checked on me to see if i needed anything. Very helpful & refreshing.
