Review Mcalister's Deli - Moore

This location gets worse and worse with every visit. I ordered food curbside because of being very pregnant (100 degrees outside) and having my cat in the car with me. Followed the promps and pressed the “I’m here” button, after 5 minutes I tried calling and no one answered so I went inside and my food was sitting on the shelf. Fine whatever I had ordered a club with extra cheese, extra Mayo, and no spring mix. What I received was barely any Mayo or mustard, no cheese at all, but oh they did listen to the no spring mix at least. At this point I would rather drive to the location in Norman even though we live 5 minutes away because now I have food that doesn’t taste like I wanted it to. Super frustrating

Good food and nice staff. There are times when the dinning room is clean and times when its completely dirty. This location can not handle modified orders and will make it the way they want to make it, this has been going on since it opened. Update 6/11 literally half the tables are dirty. Last 3 times we have been here it's been like this.

Eh... ordered a turkey crunch sandwich and cucumber/tomato side salad only to discover there was no salad... well, maybe enough to call it toppings. I have ordered from McAlister's before and all side orders etc have been adequate so this was surprising. Whoever answered the phone when I called to inquire said, "Um, well I guess the server didn't understand the portion and we will try to get it right in the future." Well, I would like to enjoy my salad now but I guess I'll have to wait until the future arrives after they've worked REALLY HARD to get the portions right. This was the first time I had this happen, but the manager should have handled it a little better by offering a coupon on a future order or something other than being dismissive.

Always love the food here but they hooked a brother up with the Chicken Caesar Wrap. It was HUGE! Also had the broccoli and cheddar soup, perfect for a cold day. Everything tasted freshly prepared and was up to expectations. Expect to return before too long.

It's been multiple times that I've ordered salad from them, when I pay for extra salad dressings they always forget to give me the extra salad dressing so I stopped ordering for extra dressing, today I ordered a salad again and they didn't give me any dressing at all, when I called the store to tell them about it all I got was an okay. Didn't get an apology or anything definitely will be taking my business to another location that values their customers time and money. I feel robbed every time I order at this location. I also always order the same salad and sometimes the salad has certain toppings missing.

Cashier service and food was excellent. Did not get cookie with kids meal so inquired and was treated in a rude way to say they have no more cookies -waitress snapped at me -and there was no substitute or alternative like a bag of chips....terrible treatment and how could a large corp not have ability to send for chocolate chip cookies next door at Walmart or something?

Employees standing around chatting and/or wandering about seemingly aimlessly while (a) trash on the kitchen floor goes ignored, and (b) no fewer than two members of management, including the general manager, are present onsite. Can you get original chips with your order? Nope, they're all of of stock. They're "sorry," but it's "the warehouse's fault for sending only jalapeño and BBQ flavored chips." During the same visit, they again express "sorry" that your chicken salad sandwich took so long for the kitchen to get out (while you stand at the counter watching multiple staff wander and/or chat as they seek to pass the time). McAlister's definitely believes in "sorry," but absolutely does not believe in "complimentary." So expect sorry, but do not expect so much as a complimentary day-old cookie as some sort of meaningful gesture of how sorry they are('nt). McAlisters' receipts encourage the customer to provide ''valued'' feedback, and management's responses to other negative feedback read like the most heartfelt expressions of regret. They talk about how they've passed your review on to the restaurant's General Manager, the Regional Director, and the company's Chief Operating Officer so they are made aware of the issue and can address them with their team. Wonder when they'll get around to addressing these issue customers have brought to their attention, for which they have such regret and are ever so sorry? Despite all of this internal sharing of your negative review among upper management in order to make them aware, definitely do not hold your breath awaiting a response from the franchisee's regional director (the Saxton Group), because they're apparently focused on touting their 2 billion sales milestone, while the dysfunction at the warehouse and local restaurants continues.

So I decided since I had points why not give this location another shot before I spend anymore money for nothing but disappointment. Man I made a good choice, had I spent more money then what I had to I wouldn't be happy. First time I ordered didn't get my ranch for my salad no big deal, second time I ordered the bread looked like it had mold on it had to throw it away, also on the sharable nachos barley any cheese. Third time I ordered my spud had no shredded cheese, so over this place and won't be wasting anymore time here
