Food is good but this craps right here is frustrating. I ordered ff for my kiddos and for 2 bucks you get a tiny order. I even counted them had less than 20 small fries in each box.

Been loving Mazzio's since grade school. Still affordable, quality, friendly, quick, and healthy lunch.
This restaurant seamed to still have covid measures in place. Tables were bare, cheese and pepper were another thing to take to your table.
I didn't request a pizza but they did call one out so I know they honor requests.

The store at 101 N.E. 12th in Moore had given us a reservation for our large party and when we arrived their dining room was closed! We went to the Mazzio's at 925 S.W. 25th in Moore instead. Everyone was really nice and helpful except the cashier. She insulted me for asking that they put the cheese on top of the pizza, like pizzeria's used to do (in the stone age apparently). She told me l was weird. Then the pen she gave me to sign my receipt didn't work and she informed me that l didn't know how to write with a pen because it was working fine for her! So yeah.Their teenage help at the front counter needs some work.

We came in 6/2 and I was super worried my 4 boys were being too loud and noisey but both ladies at cash register was super kind turned on the nba finals for them to watch,
The manager came out and said it was nice to see people in dining room that made this mom relieved I’m always worried my kids are too loud!! Will be back to dine in again!!

Had pizza delivered and when it got here looked like they held it on its side and when I went to have it fixed they still couldn't get it right

The food is decent, but they really need to get the delivery times accurate online. An order that is a 30-40 minute delivery window for 2 medium pizzas shouldn't take over an hour to even get to the customer. The 3 stars are solely earned by the food, otherwise it would have been a 1 star at best. Every time I've ordered from this location, even per-Covid, they've had problems keeping to the delivery estimates.

I love mazzios pizza, but they are really starting to frustrate me!!! We order from them every couple of weeks. We always make a good size order, but the past few times they have not followed instructions. I love thin crust easy sauce Canadian bacon but Only with cheese On Top of the meat, otherwise my meat gets all dried out. They have not done it the last 3 times. This time I also got a calzone, I couldn't even dip it because it didn't stay together and the stuff inside was cold, cheese not melted. I'm about to give up on the 12th street location!! Can't even call the store directly to make a complaint...smh

The meat lasagna was so extremely good. Until I was almost done and there's a bug that looks like a fly. There's a wing and a leg. So disgusting. I couldn't eat anymore. I'd be scared to go back now.
