Definitely worth stopping to eat here. The food is great. If you get nachos, you better be hungry. The portions are big. Our server was very friendly and answered all our questions. I look forward to coming back when I am in the area.

My first time at the Main Street Pub. I let my grandson choose the venue because he was graduating with honors from Western Michigan University. He chose Main Street Pub on West Main because he used to work there as a cook.
We both had the Grilled Perch Reuben sandwich which was delicious. He had fries and I substituted vegetables for the fries although, unlike many restaurants, there was a number of options to choose from. I need to point out that it was our server's first day but she performed as if she was a veteran.
Considering that this was my first visit here I was very impressed with the quality of the meal and the willingness of the server to make sure that everything was perfect with our meal. She stopped by just often enough to make sure we were happy without being annoying.
I highly recommend the Main Street Pub if you're in Kalamazoo!

Great bar. My regular spot to drink and eat here in Kalamazoo. Awesome atmosphere and workers make it a great atmosphere at all times. Tim Houseler needs to buy limes again though. You run a bar. You need limes to run a bar it shouldn’t matter if they’re “too expensive”. Also treat your workers better. They give all their money back to your locations anyway. Chloe is definitely the hottest waitress here.

The server was great, and accommodated our table of 10. However the manager, Morgan i believe, who came to explain a policy regarding the combo’s, was really rude. She came to say she couldn’t do two orders of 1 appetizer (which was fine and we understood) but instead of saying “no we can’t do it (with an attitude)” she should’ve said “we can’t do this, BUT you can order the full order and it will be the same.” Highly disappointed in the service of someone who’s supposed to be a manager. That’s not how you run a business.
