I will not return. I sent 20minutes in line before I got to speaker to order. After all that time in line , my food was cold. Not to mention the smug girl that gave me my food. Arby's owes me money now.

You may have changed the look but food quality still sucks. Both mine and my daughters orders were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a few hours. Having worked at Arby's before I know what fresh product taste like
