We went in around 8:30 on 10/15/21 and had a really simple order. Three #1 Big Mac meals, large. Two with Dr Pepper and 1 w/Sprite. The person who took my order was maybe rushed? They kept interrupting me when I asked for 1 with light lettuce and light ice. They told me to tell them at the window. Won’t my food already be packed then? Then my order was awful! All 3 of the large fries were MAYBE 1/4 full and the Big Macs were missing everything on the second bun! Also, I asked for sauces. They acted put out and when I checked the bag… no sauce. I had to go back for it! Worst McDonald’s experience! I’ll drive back to my side of town from now on.

Came through the drive-through at 2:45 AM. Set at intercom to order to order for 11 minutes with no one responding finally pulled around to the side where someone was leaving and they said their system was down then they said that they only took cash. Couldn’t give me an 800 number McDonald’s complaint line. The window person was very nice and apologetic they’re just obviously a huge management problem from the owner on down.

Update 2/27/22! I just sat in the drive through while the person at the other drive through finished. I waited, and waited and waited but was never heard from anyone. Then another vehicle pulled into the now empty lane and they helped that person first. When I mentioned it to them, the employee copped an immediate attitude and said that I pulled up at the same time as the other vehicle. She argued with me!!! All I wanted was a cup of coffee, I ordered, but then thought better of it and left. The whole incident ruined my evening. It's not worth it. I took my business to where there are friendly people.
Don't use the app!!!!! The app sucks!!! I was in their very busy drive through and placed my order on the app and it sent my order to a store 11 miles away!!!!! There is no way to change it, no way to cancel it, no customer service #, and this locations response was "drive to the other restaurant!"
***** Update!!!!!***** now that I have left, gone to another restaurant, eaten that food,..... I go back into the app and have the option of changing my location!!!! LOL!!!!

Its McDonald's. You kind of know what to expect when going in, but something about those fresh french fries just hit the spot every time.
Would have been perfect, except the burger I ordered that I swapped the mustard for mayo out on, there was so much that I couldn't really enjoy it.

No soap in women's bathroom. Asked an Employee that was waiting in line and she said they didn't have any! But there was sanitizer outside. Um...so employees are working and serving food with only hand sanitizer. It is proven that soap and water work better. So gross would never eat at any restaurant that doesn't offer soap!

Worst experience ever at a McDonald's! Guy in front of me waited for 45 minutes in the dine in area with his family. He ended up leaving without food after one the the employees stated "just go eat somewhere else!" It was total chaos and if ur supposedly to short on staff then u just need to close inside. Having people wait 45 minutes for fast food is just sad! Get it fixed peeps!

Disappointed and surprised. Had a myM rewards code to use on a meal for my daughters. I gave the code at ordering in drive-thru. After getting their Happy Meals, I decided to get the 2 for $2.50 sandwiches. When the guy gave me my total, I asked about the $5 off $10 code I gave him. He said he didn’t know why and to drive forward. He proceeded to charge me the $14 and I ask again why didn’t the code apply, if it was the 2 for 2.50, I’ll take one sandwich off! The manager took about 2 min to arrive which is forever in a drive-thru. She said the code can’t be used again, so I asked if she could just refund the $5 and we’d be square. She said no, so I asked for a refund and that I would take my girls to Braums. Her response, “WELL YOU CANT USE THE CODE OVER THERE EITHER.” Hey, lady…if I’m gonna spent $14 on kids meals…I’ll get quality and go wherever TF I want. Not sure why a McDonalds manager thinks that sarcasm towards customers is appropriate.
On a subsequent visit, I ordered a single kids burger Happy Meal through my McDonalds app for curbside pickup. Within 3 minutes I checked in the parking space and was happy with decision since there were 8 cars in the drive thru. After 10 minutes and all drive thru cars were serviced, someone finally delivered the happy meal. NOT HOW ITS SUPPOSE TO WORK, PEOPLE. Literally 20 seconds to put together a happy meal, dry burger, fries, sprite no ice. Shameful…I’m telling my 3yr old that despite her wishes to have a happy meal…I will not allow this place to waste anymore of my time or money.

They were extremely rude when we came in they wouldn't let us order at the counter even after explaining what one of us wanted was not available doing it at the kiosk in the end we complied and went to the kiosk then went to get our drinks and the sweet tea tasted so old and went to the front to ask about sauce stood for 5 minutes before one of the employees acknowledged us. Would not recommend!
