I had the sesame rice bowl. The brown rice was undercooked, and crispy on the edges like it had sat under a heat lamp. The chicken could have been McDonald's chicken nuggets soaked in the sauce, and nowhere did I see that the chicken would be breaded or I wouldn't have ordered it. The plate was too small to easily maneuver the rice into the sauce, which was a shame because the sauce was the only redeeming item on the plate. Only 3/4 of our meal was delivered to the table at first, then the remaining item came 7 minutes later. Underwhelming would be generous. At least the place was clean.

I was super hungry after work. Had the email for $5 teriyaki chicken and it was tasty. I would have like more chicken vs onions portions. The onion was super heavy in amount in my bowl with maybe 5 pieces or Chicken. Not a big deal. Cashier was super friendly and my order came out hot and quick! I was very excited about the snicker doodle cookie! Thank you for being awesome!

This is the 3rd and last time I will go to this location. The lady that took our order on the phone was rude and the lady that handed out our order was rude. The food has no flavor at all. I had to ask for my food to be cooked a few minutes longer than usual because the last 2 times my gf chicken was raw. The Penn Square location is so much better. I will say my fried rice didn't taste like propane this time and was actually good.

The food was perfect. They failed to bring out the extra sweet and sour sauce, the drink machines were not working and there was no orange, only lemon. But, everything else was great and the manager was very pleasant and accommodating. She was willing to make our whole order gluten free. One of my top 3 favorite places to eat.

This place is normally pretty good, but I think it's going downhill fast. I ordered a rice bowl with tofu and veggies and it had no sauce, the tofu was undercooked and soggy, and the vegetables were barely cooked and cold! My boyfriend ordered from here two weeks ago and received a chicken rice bowl after ordering tofu and veggies. They remade his order and it was just as bad the ones we got today. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, almost all of the tables were dirty, there were no clean forks or knives, and the drinks we wanted weren't available at the drink machine. I've also never written a bad review on here or left a full plate of food at the table after paying... The one in Norman, OK is much better! If you're craving Pei-Wei, go there instead.

This restaurant is an experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anybody looking for great Asian Cuisine. The price is fair and the portions are enjoyable. This is not your typical Chinese all-you-can-eat food where the content is lower-quality. This is the real deal.

The quinoa was under-cooked and was served 8 minutes after the rest of the meal had been served. We also waited close to 10 minutes for the cashier to return to the counter to take our order. The brown rice with my husband's dish tasted old and a little crusty. No where in the menu description did it tell us that the chicken would be breaded. Our table was sticky as well as the floor.

Food was served in a timely manner this visit. The Last two visits were not good in the past month, but management has changed at this location, and Mason, the assistant manager, has renewed our faith in Pei Wei and they are working to turn this location around. Mason will take care of all your needs and make sure everything is good with your dining experience. We will continue to visit this Pei Wei with the new management and turnaround they are working on here. We look forward to this location being the way it used to be, excellent asian cuisine served hot, fresh and tasty. And Mason and Haley, The new general manager, will make it happen.
