Just literally left the drive thru. They first handed me the wrong order. And then they handed me my order. I ordered a spicey chicken sandwich and an original chicken sandwich with no lettuce and they screwed that up as well. I'm allergic to lettuce. Thank burger King. You are usually pretty good
If there was an option to give no stars, this place would be a prime candidate to do so. The service is horrible, the sandwiches sit under the heat lamp for who knows how long, and they cater more to the drive-thru than the dine-in customers. If you had given up on the Burger King in Moore, OK, please give it another try. A new manager and employees are now in place. I've noticed a huge difference in the customer service and food quality!
Pulled in order to eight piece nugget two cheeseburgers and a small fry received my order and less than 45 seconds from paying unfortunately the nuggets were hard as a rock and burned when I pulled back around to notify the cashier she said I know I know I know just pull forward to the second window
The 2 guys who run Night Shift kill it everytime. I only go at night so I know it’s good and it’s made by them it’s never bad when it’s those cooks 🫶🏼 Shoutout to them I wish I got a name they run it by themselves and they do awesome
They asked me to pull into a parking space to wait on my food, they totally forgot 🙃 about me. Gave me two dessert s for my trouble which was ok after waiting over 30 minutes
