This place was fantastic! I had my first sub here last Friday and it was as good as any hoagie I have had in Philly-The thing that blew me away was the quality of the produce-Top shelf-Fresh cold tomato and lettuce. It was a great sandwich and I highly recommend this place.

Decided to grab carryout today and get Jersey Mike's. Had such a pleasant experience at this location. Normally, when I visit a location some members show annoyance due to my allergies and having to change their gloves. Eric was very pleasant, provided exceptional customer service, kept a smile the entire time serving all customers as everyone waited in line, acknowledged me as I walked in, and was more than willing to ensure that I had a pleasant customer experience to avoid my food allergy. Gloves were changed, counters and condiments were wiped down and changed if needed, and it was all with a smile. Very exceptional experience for sure!
Exceptional service! I ordered a giant sub for pick up today at 12PM through the app. I customized it, went to pick it up, and when I returned to work I noticed the sandwich was wrong. I called back to let them know, and the manager asked me if I wanted it remade or refunded. I informed them that I wouldn’t have the time to go back due to my lunch break ending, and the manager happily refunded me my sandwich. Will be back to order again soon!
I love the #8 Sandwich. However, I feel the cost of a sandwich is higher than most other places.
Amazing cheesesteak done the correct way! And the ham and provolone is great if you have it with the peppered ham.
I had a bad experience with different location and said I would not go back. Out black Friday shopping and was hungry. This location is across from mall so decided to stop. So glad I did. Staff beyond professional and friendly. Very clean location. They made my food to my request even though not on menu. Food fresh. This is best location that I have been to. I will travel to come back just to this location. This is truly a good team
