Pretty fast service considering the drive through line is long in the morning. Manager is very friendly.

First time I visited this location, the man that worked there was incredibly nice. My sons and I visited today and it was a bad experience. The older woman that waited on us was very rude. She seemed impatient with the time it took my youngest son to pick a donut. She seemed particularly agitate

The seem to get my coffee order wrong every single time. I ask for 1 milk 1 sugar and they give you 4 milk 4 sugar. This has happened 5 or 6 times. I stopped going. Better off going to one of the other locations (the one on 38 in maple shade does a much better job)
Staff does not wear masks properly (at least in the morning hours). The lady who usually does the donuts/front counter has her mask on her neck and the younger guy does the same. Definitely not Covid safe...
