The employees are incredibly polite at this location! I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here. I had to figure out a few rewards that were on my app and John was very helpful.
The young men that handed me my sweet tea and sauces were so courteous.
I love great customer service and this location knows how to offer it!
Out of towns here. The food was wonderful and tasty. However, the process of ordering the foods and parking was horrible during our visit especially when you are an out of town.
So I have to say that this is hands down the busiest Chick-Fil-A I have EVER seen but also the most efficient! We went through the drive-thru last night around 6:45 and both lanes were packed - but there were a total of 4 people taking orders & payments, another lady doing something else (we didn't need her help but other cars did) and 2 guys at the window actually handing out the food. Gotta give it to them, the whole thing was pretty impressive (aside from them almost giving us the wrong order at the window, but that was resolved quickly). And the food was good and our order was correct, which is what really matters! We don't stop by often (because it's always super busy) but it's never a bad experience when we do!
As with any Chic-fil-A, the employees were courteous and pleasant. We didn't sit in line very long, as they worked quickly to serve everyone. The only thing I found odd was that they only offered spicy chicken on their menu, but over all was a good experience.
Food is always a consistent quality at this location. I ordered on the app for table delivery and our food was delivered without any napkins. There isn't an area that has napkins, utensils etc. You have room for ro the counter and they are VERY busy and the counter area is VERY crowded.
