My husband and I were traveling and stopped at the hotel next door and decided to walk over to Prime for a light dinner. As soon as we walked in the door, we were transformed back to more classic fine dining restaurant. The wait staff were amazing and very attentive. The food was fantastic! We had the Wedge and Beet Goat Cheese salads, best tasting! And two appetizers, Bacon Wrapped Scallops and Seared Tuna. We highly recommend Prime!!

Aside from the pricey menu, you can't go wrong when enjoying the tasty steak and dessert options here at Prime Bistro & Wine. The bar menu was endless, offering many selections. Our waiter was very knowledgeable too. Thank you!!!

Make a reservation! We were celebrating our anniversary and were warmly greeted as soon as we entered. Our waiter, Rob, was very knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations for our meal. The raw oysters were delicious and didn't taste like ocean or have any rocks in them. The charcuterie board was excellent and Rob did a great job explaining what each item was. We were not expecting a gift and a card for our anniversary. That was a nice touch! We also weren't expecting the hot towel to clean up before our main course. We chose the tomahawk steak, and you can see by the photo, it was amazing. Just a great overall experience. We will definitely come back again! Thank you for making our anniversary special!
