I hate complaining about a place because I'm in the industry myself, but I hope to help, because closed mouths don't get fed...The cashier was very polite and multitasked amazingly. The order was efficient and correct. The reason for 4 stars- The fries were definitely not fresh nor recently redropped because they were semi cold but looked burned like they had been redropped a few times. (And I don't believe the oil needed to be changed) also we opted to eat in the car. I observed several people try to go inside and left because the lobby wasn't open. I told a couple of them the DT was open so they instead went through the drive-thru. The spicy chicken sando was on point, as well as everything else sans fries. (And for cold fries , still pretty decent) Thanks guys! Spicy sando made me happy!
