People are always very friendly and welcoming here. If the drive thru line is long, don't worry, they get your order taken and your food to you in a hurry.
For a quick breakfast we decided to do drive through and we picked Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Mac & Cheese. We got the order quickly and our order was hot and delicious. We loved both our food items we delivered and it was delicious. We loved our order.
I really like this location of Bojangles. The food is really good, the staff is friendly, and the lines are not usually very long. I love the chicken supreme combo here. Overall, this is a great Bojangles location!
Speaker broken, drive around. Lol. The chicken is good anyway. Roasted chicken bites for lunch is my choice. For breakfast the sausage is amazing. I love their sausage biscuits. My son love the gravy biscuits.
The food was good. My chicken leg and thigh was really small. Like the chicken had been on a diet or killed way too early. They had half of the dining room close. Not sure for what. The staff pretty much walked around like they were lost. Maybe it was just an off day for them. Who knows.
I just want to thank the sweet young lady working the drive thru on Monday mornings. I lost my husband last year in August. He used to bring me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and drop it off in my vehicle at work every Saturday morning. I miss that so much. I drive from Wilkes County to Asheville every Monday morning to go to school, something i decided to do to keep myself busy and when I have time I like to stop and get me a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit just to get a taste of the sweet memories of my husband. The young girl in the drive thru is always so sweet and tells me to have a blessed day. It always puts a genuine smile on my face. I don’t know your name but thank you. You make this sometimes cruel world a much better place.

Great biscuits. That's the only thing there I eat since they have done away with southern style or mild chicken. My family doesn't like spicy chicken and the tenders are tasteless. Most employees were nice. The first one we saw though never smiled or spoke to us. She acted like she hated the world. Not a very good first impression.
The location is easy to navigate and the ordering/pickup process is simple. The food is good, but the staff was excellent, especially the main person I interacted with, Asia. She was personable and professional and was the highlight of my experience
Went to this location for a takeout order for lunch. My food was hot and fresh but most importantly the staff were very friendly and professional. Definitely going back to this location for when my craving for some chicken strikes me. Wish all restaurants had this type of service. Thank you and my God bless.
