Since 2020, I've only used the drive-thru at this Wendy's. If I had rated / reviewed it 2 years ago I likely would have given it 2 stars, but they have stepped up their game over the past year - likely due to new management team. From burgers to chicken sandwiches and salads, the food quality and consistency in correct filling of orders has noticeably improved.
Staff was amazing efficient and proficient. Very fast and we had a very large order. They took the time to put each order in individual bags made things so much easier for us!!! We were there 9/18/21 at 6:20pmish. Thank you for your awesome service!
Talk about an unexpected experience. I went through the drive through today. Very long line, I was preparing to wait 20 minutes.
I was in/out in under 5 minutes.
I was greeted by 4 employees.
1- lady on interim taking my order
2- guy at window #1 taking my payment
3- guy at window #2 handing my drink
4- guy at window #2 handing my food.
I’m blown away with the manners, friendliness, welcoming customer service. It doesn’t even compare to Chick-filet’s reputation. I just can’t describe it any other way, absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Good chili for lunch. They use good mustard on their classic so I was wondering if it was local or international. Speaking of mustard y'all should really try the fried taters at breakfast. They are good.
I had the pleasure of being treated by Jess (Jessica) in the drive thru tonight 4/13/23. My mother was a regional manager a long long time ago. The amount of love she spoke to EVERYONE coming through her drive thru tonight (8:40 pm) was immaculate. She and their team moved through the rush and she did it was grace. I was blessed to hear such a friendly voice even from the cars in front, behind me and while I was waiting at the window.

This place is so helpful and literally have the absolute best food and best fries that I’ve ever had in my whole life, i recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Our 6 kids my husband and I enjoyed ourselves at the Wendy's in HICKORY. We also lik3 the one in morganton by the walmart market place. In HICKORY TAMMY greated, and treated us with joy & respect. She was promot and knowledgeable of the products they served. Our order was 7- 4 for 4 meals. We didn't have to wait long either. She was AWESOME. We will be back!!!
The employees here are the friendliest have ever encountered at a restaurant. They spoke to me from beginning to end so nice even when i was indecisive with my order haha i was beyond empressed! Wendys better treat this crew right because they have a real good thing going on at this location!
My fiancé and I are visiting and stopped by , we had the BEST customer service we’ve had in a while by the employee “Terri” at the register. She was the sweetest employee I have met. She took her time wasn’t in a rush and kept a smile on her face the whole time. Can’t say the same about the rest of the employees. Had an issue with old nuggets but overall I can’t complain. That lady was AWESOME !
Awesome place to work, full of Christians, and amazing food! I love the environment, the nice management, and the desire to help from all of my co workers! The food is great, the place is kept quite clean, and I love to run the drive through!
