Local favorite with two locations. The menu is the best, half appetizers and the other is great bars foods. All these match perfectly with their ice cold, enormous, glass goblets of beer. Many different drafts and cocktails. The waitresses are knowledgeable and fun. I’m a big fan of their wings, try the Cowboy Ranch or Hot Garlic.
Whilst I would normally give this spot 3 stars, I have to give it 4 for the jovial atmosphere! Our waitress was just amazing - on the spot when we needed her and taking care of everyone - a genuine person with a great smile!
We came for the fishbowl beer as my hubby went to grad school at WVU yet had not heard of the place :O We also got the salsa which was fun to eat, and enjoyed watching the young men play the game of tossing quarters in the jar at the bar. A good way to spend an hour+ in an old, interesting-looking area of Morgantown.
We had a pumpkin beer in a fish bowl. The novelty wouldn’t have held onto me, but the glasses were perfectly frosted. We also had their blue cheese chips, habanero wings, American cheese cheeseburger, and Buffalo chicken sandwich. Skip that sandwich and get wings, the bread-meat ratio is off. Everything else was damn good.
Neighborhood pub with a great assortment of things to eat and drink.Friendly service and reasonable prices with an outdoor beer garden complete the vibe..Stop by you'll be glad you did..
Wings were super crispy. Loved the ice cold beer in the fish bowls. Homemade chips were okay but they weren't flavored enough. Also the "homemade" macaroni and cheese was actually Kraft I think.
Fantastic place to grab a set of wings and get a beer! The service was fantastic, our waitress anticipated all our needs and was friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing. The fishbowls are a perfect size and are very well priced. A must see in Morgantown.
Good service, fun atmosphere, food was pretty good but my burger was a bit bland
