I've been going to Sal's Original's Italian Pizzeria since 1981, for awhile I pretty much ate there everyday, sometimes twice a day. Sal and his brother were the best. Haven't been there since 2014. I need to drive down there this month. Lol
I haven't sat down to eat, but for only a few times.
Most often, it's takeout pizza to eat at home. I don't know what it is, maybe the dough, maybe the oven, it's the best pizza around.

Awesome food. The torpedo rolls are the best I have ever had. Crispy crust, not a lot of sponged bread inside so you can open mouth without overextending TMJ.

One of my all time favorite pizzerias!! I recommend the works pizza on a thick crust to hold all the yumminess!!
I have been gluten free for 20+ years and have never had a better pizza! The amount of toppings is wonderful, and the nice brown crispy crust is phenomenal!!! Wish I could take them back to NY with me.
We just started going with our neighbors to this place. They've know the owner for a really long time now. The food was excellent and the staff did a great job with everything and let you enjoy the meal.
I've found our new go to and passed along the location to other family and friends to check it

Been going to Originals for a long time. Pizza is amazing sandwiches are very good too. Their Sicilian pizza is terrific!
Buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Amazing. Blue cheese from a Ken’s steakhouse? If I can make one suggestion. Create your own house Blue cheese. It would make your Buffalo chicken cheesesteak more authentic. Other than that everything else is super good.👍🏻
Stopped in here while in the area. Found while searching the area on Google for a restaurant and looking for a non chain restaurant. Very glad we found this place. Had our three kids and staff was great and attentive. Had garlic bread as an appetizer. Delicious and fresh. Ordered a cheese pizza,
It's always hard to decide on just one thing from Original's. Tonight we couldn't decide so we split pizza, a turkey hoagie and eggplant parm sandwich. By far the best pizza in the North East IMO!
This is the best hidden wonder in the area for pizza, sandwiches, and Italian meals! Sal and his sons and other workers treat you like family (have known Sal for 28+ years)! You’ll never be disappointed with the delicious food! Love this place!
This is one of my favorite places to get an original pizza steak. Steak melted cheese pizza sauce roasted on a hoagie roll in the oven. Top off with an order of cheese fries. Mmmm
The owner Sal is one of the friendliest people I know. Next year he will be celebrating 40 years in business.
