This place has set the standard for burgers and fries, I had the jalapeño bacon cheddar burger with beerbatter garlic fries, this meal was perfect and our waiter was awesome, even brought a sample of the chipotle burger sauce so I could try it first. Thank you Beach Burger, my new favorite restaurant:)

My husband and I tried this for the first time today, wow! Most definitely the best burgers around, yes better than Flavor Factory & Sylvester’s! Also ordered the Loaded Tots, yum!! Highly recommend to all, you won’t be disappointed!

Wow! Where do I start? What an amazing burger! I have been looking everywhere in SLO county for this. The cheesy tator tots with bacon....... fantastic! If you are looking for a top notch burger, then look no further. The burger is a taste explosion in your mouth! So good. If you can’t make it to the Morro Bay location, make sure you visit the Oceano location. I have been there too and had a very similar experience. You will not be disappointed. I definitely will be going back! Fantastic!

Awesome view! Just a heads up, don't expect a full service dining experience, just know that this is the kind of place where you order at the counter. That said, I like the casual vibe. The young lady who was managing the orders and bus'ing tables did an excellent job at managing it all and was very friendly and pleasant.

Absolutely phenomenal. We came fornthe weekend for our Anniversary and have eaten qt a couple places that were so so. My husband was craving a hamburger so we decode to give this place a shot. At first i wasn't expecting much because of our other food experiences here but WOW. My husband got the red and blue burger. It had 2 patties and the bun was so soft. He loves the jalapeño jam. The cheese sticks and onion rings were so tasty. Definitely not made from a box. I got the fish tacos and everything about them were amazing. Including the guacamole. And I love that the fish was grilled and not fried. I highly recommend this place. It is not just a hamburger shack it was a tasty dinner.

Had the pastrami burger with a cup of clam chowder and both were great. Nice view of the bay and good music. The staff were all nice and helpful

This tiny little eatery is through a bit of a walkway from the Embarcadero to the bay front. I got the coconut shrimp with extra tartar sauce. FABULOUS. I was pleasantly surprised on how succulent the shrimp were, and the coconut coating was not greasy and very flavorful, and those fries? Steak fries at their best, crunchy on the outside, melty in the middle. The tartar sauce had the right creaminess and taste. Loved it all.

The food was excellent! We really enjoyed their fish & chips as well as the popcorn shrimp, fries, salad, and mimosa we ordered. I got the mimosa with cranberry but you could also choose orange juice! They have seating outside & below the restaurant which allowed the better ocean view but it definitely was not as clean as we would have liked. Otherwise, the staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, the food was tasty, and the drinks were well priced & fun.

I’m not a Burger Guy, but probably one of the best I’ve ever had, Onion Rings were off the chart

Incredible burgers! What can I say? We decided to grab something local for takeout as we were staying close by. We weren’t disappointed! We got the BBQ Cheeseburger and the Triple Bacon Burger and side salads instead of the tots or fries! The size of the burgers are as advertised! If you’re in Morro Bay and aren’t feeling seafood (as 9/10 places here serve), this should be a consideration! They have a nice dining area in the old Hofbrau building, with ample seating, open air or in the dining room. They serve bottled beer, wine and kombucha and your typical soft drinks. Go! We’ll be back too!

This is a late post: I have actually been craving food from this 😋 DELICIOUS restaurant at one of the most peaceful beaches I've experienced in the mid-coast line. Beach Burger looked lonely back in August 2020 but it didn't stop the staff from ensuring that their customers were treated with a warm approach. Not sure about now, but the restaurant looks taken care of. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get a dine-in experience 😕 😞 BUT Morro Bay's weather was comfortable to dine-in outside on the patio. They also feature a section on the waterfront if you'd rather sit there. Even though my nifty camera supported the detail, the pictures 📷 I captured of their cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks (those were for mua!), buffalo wings, and fried shrimp, with the steak fries style -I GOTTA TELL YA, Try It!!! You won't be disappointed, and its more than enough food in one basket that will hit the spot! 👏🙌☺😋 The menu is fair in prices, in my opinion. They do offer a kids menu, for those with families or maybe those who are watching their intake. I can't wait to go again! The only thing is that now I'm not sure what to pick.. 🤭🤔

it did take a good bit of time to come out, but it was sooooo good. I had a mushroom avocado burger with their veggie patty. the bun was delicious and toasty as you can see. everyone else really enjoyed their food, especially the loaded tots.

Very good burger, the buns are unique. I've never had a bun like theirs, I loved it. Service was very quick. The food is expensive but the quality is there. $20 for a burger and drink.

It was surprisingly better than I anticipated. Pricey but not upset about it. Beautiful view of the bay. The pink sauce was yummy and would suggest putting it on everything. Enjoyed the experience! Thank you

Hottest jalapeño burger my husband ever ate and all the burgers looked great. Worst fish and chip I’ve ever had in my life for a place by the ocean. Greasy as all heck, had to peel off the batter and just eat the fish inside. Avoid the fish and chips and go with a burger if you visit and be warned the jalapeño burger will set your mouth on fire!

One of the few reasonably priced restaurants right on the waterfront over looking Morro Bay with inside and patio dining. Friendly personnel and great food. My friend had a half order of their Sesame Salad full of fresh salad ingredients with avocado substituted for a protein. More than enough food. I had the chicken club with a large portion chicken breast and some tasty crispy tator tots. I will definitely go again. Delicious lunch watching activity in the bay.

Very good fish and chips at a price and amount alas no longer found elsewhere on the Embarcadero. Clam chowder is tasty, too, and the chicken poblano soup is a nice change from waterfront fishy fare.

Great food, incredible views of the bay, service is good as well. Burgers are very well made, specialty bacon, specialty bun, juicy beef, hand made sauces. Really good BLT and crispy fried shrimp too, it's not cheap, but it is worth the prices... You will not leave hungry!

Casual, relaxed setting. Good views of the bay. The food tasted good, and was well presented. Nothing on the menu really stood out as a "signature item", but everything we had was extremely well executed. From the chilled BB Cobb, and the Ground Beef Chili (bean-less), to the chicken wings and onions rings. Everything was perfect. Expect to pay $15-$20 per person. Beach Burger is a good option when you find yourself at the south end of the embarcadero.

Delicious cheese burger and fries! I always get takeout so my fries seem less crispy by the time I get home. I definitely need to stay and enjoy their awesome view with my next order!!
