Went to McDonald’s tonight and my cheeseburgers had no meat when I got home! They wanted me to drive back with my receipt!! Then at the end of the call they thought to laugh! I wonder how they would have felt if it happened to them and their kids food was like this!!

Slow and long lines. Employees talking to each other instead of the customer. The employee taking payment says "$9.08.... Yeah girl I put that on my momma. Yeah my momma!". Just hands my card back still taking jibberish to the other employee. Pull up to get food and was handed a bag and no drink

Absolutely terrible! Waited 25 minutes to get a crunchy cold McMuffin, and a stale cup of coffee. Would have went back in and gotten a refund but they were so scatterbrained I knew it wouldn't be worth the trouble.
This was a horrible experience at McDonalds in Moss Point, MS. No enthusiasm, no smiles and no professional customer service at all.

I live in a rural area so I gotta drive 30 minutes to get to anything so I made a big online order. When I got there, they didn't have soft drinks of any kind. They would not just give me another kind of drink with the same price when it was already paid for. I thought they should have.
Kitchen staff standing around saying the f word and other things and none of their supervisors saying anything to stop it. Kinda hard to enjoy lunch with the kids. Ended up leaving early.
