The food was good. Love their orange chicken. They got my order wrong the first time and had to wait quite a while since it was busy with only 2 waitresses. If you're in the mood for good wings though it's the place to go. Great selection of sauces.

Haven’t been to one of your restaurants for years, won’t be back. Stopped in for dinner (6:10pm) after not eating all day and right before our 3 hour trip home. Ordered an app and drinks, took an excessive amount of time but they had a large party, so we understood
This was by far the worst location I've ever visited. My husband and I went in the other evening, was told to sit where ever we liked in the bar area. We found a place in view of the actual bar and sat down. It took almost 15 min. Before any even came over with a menu and asked what drinks we want
The bar tender and Jamie the manager cant take care of anything. if you want poor service then go to moundsville and ask for jamie..oh check the picture jamie... I'm definitely in the ghetto.. car on Jack's and cones for safety? 🤣
Food was fine but received bad service. I was one of only two people sitting at the bar. Bartender seemed standoffish and disappeared for long periods of time or was on her cell phone. Really disappointing... I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 1:40. It wasnt ready until 2:12. There were only 6 tables occupied in the location. They could not tell me why it was taking so long. They only said "they didnt know why it took so long". Then looking at the receipt....
I've been a long time patron of this BWW. I recognize we are enduring a nationwide staffing shortage as I write this, but the level of service has really dropped off a cliff.

This place used to be awesome, but it went downhill. My wings are always undercooked. The restaurant is very dirty as well. I normally don’t put bad reviews because I understand slow service due to short staff but the food has been terrible and way overpriced
