My experience wasn’t bad at this subway. The staff is lazy and they were rushing my order she didn’t even wrap my sandwiches properly! 2/10 I don’t recommend!
STAY AWAY - IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD. Ordered Chicken teriyaki - got bread and veg - no meat. Called store after food arrived at my house to complain and try to fix. No one at store speaks English - impossible to rectify problem. I am physically handicapped - unable to return to stor
They short on every ingredient, I assume to try and save money. I had to ask for more of everything just to get a normal sub. Every time u did ask the lady pinched her way to what I wanted. On top of that she didn't give me a napkin nor cut my sub in half. They are not meant to run a business.
This is a standard Subway, with the same great taste that you come to expect from Subway. I have eaten lunch here more times than I can remember. Normally I get the tuna mayo on Italian bread. I also love the oatmeal and raisin cookies. This is a good quality, healthy and economic lunch.
They didn't accept my coupon for 3 footlong's for $17.99. They said that coupon is only valid in middle TN. Mount Juliet is considered middle TN according to Google. I ended up paying full price which was almost double the coupon amount.
Walking in they were fixing someone else's food that they messed up. Then they yelled in a different language towards me because my coupon was not scanning. All over a 6-inch turkey. Very rude and overpriced.
Twice I ordered something heated that was given to me very cold. I told the owner about what happened the first time and described the person but apparently that fell on deaf ears. The same person did it again. I suggest avoiding this location
This location is the best one I've eaten at ever. They refilled the lettuce and other ingredients when I was ordering keeping it fresh. This is the only Subway I'll rate 5 stars because it's clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the few young men that was working in their was extremely polite.
