Really fast. Great customer service. Easy online ordering. I was to the understanding that I was getting sub bread so I called up and asked why I got sandwich bread this was my first time ordering from JJ. The manager was very kind, gave me a credit on my account to try a new sandwich next time.

Only giving them 3 stars because the cashier was playing on her phone in the middle of my order and continued to do so the whole time we were waiting on our sandwiches. Honestly much slower than every other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to and I’ve been eating their subs for years.

How far downhill this Jimmy John's has gone in such little time. My wife and I both got a "Vito", they failed to add tomato and there was seriously ONE slice of paper thin meat on the sandwich. Staff is friendly. Orders are always made extremely fast. I love ordering the #9. I've ordered delivery several times and normally get it in 10-15 minutes.

This review would have been 5 stars, but they can't spread Mayo on my kids cheese sandwiches. I have to put it on in my lap, in my car from the packet they so helpfully provide......

Great for a quick lunch. And boy are they quick. I like their sandwiches and the sweat tea (half and half for me). In and out and they deliver locally even for one sandwich. Friendly staff.
