I happened to be walking down Lexington Avenue with a friend and just stopped in for a treat. And what a treat it was!!! I will stop in every single time I have a birthday celebration because even if your just buying a slice versus the whole cake, it’s art. Edible art! The flavors…. So much flavor. I’m partial to the one that looks like a cherry. It has s hint of cherry, and chocolate and wafer filling. Just thinking about it has my mouth watering. Add to that a passion fruit and strawberry gelato, and that’s what you call a sensory overload of the best kind . The photos don’t do it justice. Definitely stop in if you’re passing by Lexington Avenue you’ll be thankful you did.

As a Belgian, it’s hard to find patisserie that tastes like home. I’m so happy I found this bakery, because they do hit the mark! They sell French style desserts of excellent quality and flavor. It’s expensive, but not exuberant (we paid $65 for a cake that served 10 people). I’ll definitely come back here!

I've been a chef for 20 years.. culinary and pastry degrees and this may be the best bakery I've had in a long time even betting Thomas Kellers Bouchon in NYC

My favorite dessert place in the world. I will not go anywhere else for a birthday cake, because the cakes they make are heavenly. Everything in this place is made with quality and love and there is so much choice! I am convinced there is no better croissants in the area, they sell out so quickly that you have to place an order ahead of time. It is on the pricier side, but you pay for what you get and I think they are worth every penny they charge.

If you are planning a very special birthday, anniversary or other elegant party and want to show how much you love that very special person, you should plan to come to La Tulipe Desserts in Mount Kisco and order a cake that will send a powerful message to whoever is the recipient, that you truly want them to have the best and must delicious css as key imaginable. However if you just want a croissant or cookie or one of La Tulipe’s many delectable desserts, treat yourself or your family and friends to possibly the best bakery in Westchester. Martin, who owns this bakery with his wife have been in business for over twenty years and they have chosen to only operate this one store to maintain their highest level of personal attention to each dessert that they create. They have a parking lot in the rear of their bakery and while you might have to drive some distance, unless you are fortunate enough to live in Mount Kisco, you’ll be forever grateful since you’ll be taking home the most exquisite and delicious desserts you’ve ever tasted!

I’m not a cake lover but this place is amazing. The shop itself is lovely. The staff are friendly, there’s lots of choice from baguettes and biscuits to intricately decorated cakes. The chocolate cake we got was delicious. Definitely recommend.

Exquisite. The beauties are as tasty as lovely. Figuring out parking at La Tulipe is a bit stressful the first time, but well worth the effort. Yum! Back for another treat. The beautiful desserts are as delicious as the first time.

Cute place that looks like it's operating out of a house with convenient parking just behind the structure. The goods case and inside is fairly small, but nicely presented, clean and bright. The cakes and pastries are look impressive and a cut above what you find at an average bakery. That said, our expectations were very high and we didn't walk away impressed. There are some young kids working there and I'm not sure if they're the ones making the actual product, but it seemed like a good attempt at high quality pastries, but falling short. We tried the regular croissants, the chocolate one, an almond one, and some choc-chip cookies. Everything was fine, but not according to expectations set of coming here to get great stuff. The croissants were better than you get most elsewhere, but were a far cry from actual French croissants. You can only rarely get those State-side and we were wondering if this was one of those places. It wasn't, sadly.

Everything is delicious at this dessert shop. The owner worked in France so the desserts are authentic European quality.

We love La Tulipe! Everything is superb. Treatment is always top too. Absolutely the best bakery around that we know of. This cake for example (Symphony) is Perfection!! From the perfectly toasted nuts on top to the hazelnut mousse and the sponge cake, ah a dream. Our go to for cakes, gateau and croissants.
