Love this spot. The frozen yogurt, gelato, fresh fruit, and crepes are all delicious. The outside has a park like setting to sit and enjoy your treat. Staff always greets you with a smile and keeps everything fresh and the place is spotless. Wish all places were like this!

Brought my granddaughters there yesterday. What a wonderful shop,very clean, friendly staff and the toasted almond gelato was amazing !
The chocolate is sooooo good!!! Loved the strawberry with real strawberries on top. Mmmmm

Frannie's Goodie Shop is THE one stop shop for all your favorite sweets!! The store is not only a sweet shop but it's the place to be! Fresh whip cream and the newly added Longford's Ice Cream is my new favorite!!
Wow! Frannie’s Goodie Shop offers exceptional frozen yogurt ! I went in to sample their flavors but was blown away by how delicious their Alpine Vanilla and Strawberry yogurt tasted that I had to return to try their Pistachios and Georgia Peach frozen yogurt too! The salesperson suggested that I had some Fruit Loops to give my latest combination a little extra crunch and I also added some fresh blueberries and raspberries for an added culinary treat! I can only tell you that you should consider taking a ride to Mount Kisco to check out this awesome ice cream shop! They also carry Longford’s Ice Cream too!
Love, love, love the new Frannie's in Chappaqua! My daughter loves the make your own sundae bar. The store is bright, colorful, and clean, and the staff is always cheerful and helpful. We are already regulars.
Good ol fashioned overpriced frozen treats. However, considering it's not supposed to be a year round business, and they still uphold the same quality every single day, I'd say they're pulling off a pretty difficult task. Like ducks in water, the staff is consistently pleasant, the machines are beautifully maintained, and menu selections are repeatedly unwavering. Hence the 4 stars. Fresh frozen yogurt, or chocolate covered gummy bears in January are a treat, but even paradise grows dull. Simple inventory change-ups would change my bi-monthly visits to once a fortnight.
This place is magnitudes better than A very crowded field of frozen yogurt shops. I've never been to a place that had more varieties of toppings, plus high-quality and frequently changing flavors (Toasted almond gelato? Yes please!). People on dates beware: The one downside here is that there's barely any seating. You are effectively forced to go outside and sit near the theater, or head back to your car to enjoy your treats.
First and foremost customer service is top notch! Super friendly and you feel like family! Every time I visit Frannies I get something new for a surprise and every single time I am blown away how delicious everything is! Location is great! Next door to movie theatre and easy free parking in the rear of store! I will leave the review with "one" word YUMMY

But when you get to the register to pay, everything goes on the scale. I would really have thought that somebody had their thumb on the scale when the price was revealed. Three tubs 47 dollars, holy moly

Conveniently located next to the movie theater Frannie's Goodie Shop is a great hangout. They serve frozen yogurt at a great price. There are tons of toppings and flavors. Make sure to try Bellizzis which is owned by the same family.

Expensive but very tasty, they charge by the pound. Spend $11 on the frozen yogurt cup. It is fun that you can make different flavors in one cup.
Great for children. Serve yourself yogurt with add ins which is weighed to pay. You'd be surprised how fast filling the cup adds up.
Just a real fun old school candy store and next to a movie theater too, how smart are they!!
