The staff are some of the friendliest, most helpful people I've had the opportunity to meet. Their pastries, cakes and croissants are the best I've ever had. Their quaint and cozy store is definitely a must stop shop if you're ever in the area.
This is a hidden gem; unless you know about it beforehand, it's not easily seen from the street. I happened upon it because I had my car serviced nearby and I was looking for a place to kill time. I am so glad I found it. Their strawberry shortcake is so good, moist and not overly sweet. So far, every item I have tried was delicious.
Everything about this spot is subtle, pure, fresh, delicious... from the creamy Napoleon to the chocolate croissant and the perfect almond croissant, everything has this balance to it that only the best of Paris can perfect! So thankful we have this bakery, right here in Mount Kisco. Cannot wait to make this a weekly spot for all that’s flakey, crunchy, indulgent, and incredible.
5 stars!!!!
Desserts, pastries, savories, and more - I've been coming here for 20+ years and have never once been disappointed! 110% craving inducing! (Ask for a tuna or chicken salad on a croissant for the perfect lunch on the go!)
This place will never disappoint you it is simply the best in the area. The cake area is empty on these pictures just because we bought two .
I visited today after doing a little Google search for bakery near me because I was craving something sweet and I came across this French bakery with the highest reviews so I decided to just give a try. Boy, oh boy, oh boy!! I was NOT disappointed at all!! Lol I bought an almond croissant and 3 apricot rugalah’s (please forgive me if I’ve misspelled the word) and literally devoured the almond croissant and 2 of the rugalah cookies inside the car. Lol!! So so so so sooo good. 🤤🤤🤤 I’ll be back!
Listen, I was looking for a good cake for my birthday (because I refuse to have an ultra sweet, chemical tasting cake) and found the best I’ve had since I moved to the U.S. The strawberry shortcake hit the nail on the head. Thank you. ❤️
I'm enjoying my chocolate croissant with my mocha pot. it is excellent. Tomorrow it is cinnamon roll then a tiny chocolate raspberry ganache cake. I am lucky to have this fine French Bakery nearby. I find it odd that people think this bakery is pricey. Back home in Reno, NV a croissant goes for 8$. It is worth the 8$ but I find this bakerys prices quite affordable and I'm not rolling in $$. I will be in weekly for my baked goods to go with my morning coffee.
Absolute gem of a local patisserie that I have been going to for over 20 years for beautiful, decadent cakes and desserts. Very helpful team of husband and wife run this place and it is a pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommend!
This is my favorite patisserie in Westchester. Whenever we want to have a special treat this is our ‘go to’ place. And for an ‘I’m too busy to make dinner’ night, a warmed croissant and some of their divine chicken salad is a solution that never disappoints.
Their desserts are as beautiful as they are delicious. And a very friendly and patient lady at the counter. Love this place.
Love they Almond croissants and their ham and cheese croissants. Their quiche is also exceptional.. everything looks beautiful and taste amazing. I would highly recommend.
Warm & friendly, with the most amazing delicious cakes and desserts. . Everything is outstanding but my personal favorite is their passion fruit mousse cake. We travel from far away to get their cakes for our special occasions.
My wife and I found it by sheer luck while driving down for an errand. We decided to check it out on the way back and actually drove by a couple of times without seeing it. It is the last store in small mall next to Domino's behind the gas station. Please stop by. Even late we found delicious French treats and now will certainly come back often. You surely will enjoy this "hidden gem".
Got my birthday cake from L’Anjou.. so yummy!!
This place is simply amazing. Probably the best French pastry in New York. I took lots of pictures of different pastries and sent them over to my wife’s cousin’s husband. He said that they definitely look much better than in France.
He’s from Marseille and I take his word for it.
Simply delicious will definitely come back once we move to Stamford, Connecticut.
Update* I showed all the pastries to my wife’s cousin’s husband’s best friend’s fiancé who lives in LA. She also said Oh Wow!! That looks delicious. She is part-owner of a taco place in multiple states.
Being in the bakery trade for 48 years I'm very particular about desserts. Any time I visit my brother in New York we stop at this pastry shop...the quality is the best...the Hazelnut Torte is perfection. You can see and taste the owner's love for his craft in every bite. This is a must pastry habit!
Life is short...eat only excellent pastries!
Not only are their small pastries and cakes exceptional, they are beautiful. Be sure to have a cake stand ready for family or guests to see the artistry of each. If you have a house full of chocolate lovers, order a Super Bowl cake!
