What a fun place for ice cream! Whether it be the 2 "Cowches " outside, the unmistakable paint job or the friendly (sorry for the choice of words) staff Ben & Jerry's in Mount Kisco is a winner. Both my grand daughters and I loved it.
Can’t put into words how happy I was with my experience with the catering service here! My husband and I wanted to do something fun for our wedding instead of a traditional wedding cake. We had Ben and Jerrys cater our desert and it was perfect! All of our guests enjoyed the ice cream and are still talking about it. The staff was extremely responsive and professional. Would highly recommend!
This place was delicious. It has all of these extrodinary flavors. If you like chocolate ice cream, marshmallows, and chocolate chunks then I recommend Phish Food. Overall I love the ice cream and the way the place looks.
Go for the ice cream. Stay for the service. It's like they hire the nicest people to work there. It's always such a pleasant experience getting ice cream there and of course Ben and Jerry's is delicious
My husband and I booked an ice cream cart for our July 2022 wedding from this location. I got quotes from a few vendors and this Ben & Jerry’s had the best prices by far. My package included an ice cream cart with an attendant, five flavors, and cups and cones. They were wonderful to work with—professional, responsive, and arrived on time. It was a huge hit with our guests!
Parking is a nightmare. But it's a quaint Ben and Jerry's. Not a lot of space for the ordering line, was a little awkward, but the ice cream made my family happy. The girls behind the counter seemed a little overwhelmed, but friendly. It was clean inside, outside needed some love. I didn't eat ice cream today, but Ben and Jerry's has a special place in my heart.
The best. Love their support of the community. Just came back from a fundraiser they supported for my daughter's High School Science Research group. Well done! Oh yeah, and the ice cream still awesome as ever.
Ben and Jerrys is always consistent on the products however the young kids who work here don't understand that real food allergies can kill people. Have to remind these youngsters every time to actually clean the scoop even after I tell them I have a milk allergy. Bad practice for business
This is our local Ben and Jerry’s and has always been pleasant and friendly. We picked up a cake yesterday and it was tasty - as expected - but the prettiest ice cream cake ever. The M&Ms were even in rainbow-coloring order. Kudos to whomever made our cake - great work!
My girlfriend took me here for dessert after my surprise birthday dinner! We loved it!
Love this place, the worker who was there (Ari) was super friendly and helpful. I have a lot of allergies and dislikes so the fact that she accommodated me was awesome. Ice cream is great as always.

The staff at Ben and Jerry’s in incredibly friendly and helpful! I have found so many amazing things in the store .. candles, masks, lip balm, funny T-SHIRTs plus my favorite ice cream!!! Definitely visit it’s such an uplifting experience!
