Very friendly service. They were out of avocados, so I couldn’t try their avocado toast. I had an egg and bacon wrap and a caramel latte cause….they make their caramel in-house! They made it half the amount of caramel cause i didn’t want it too sweet…it was delicious. Perfect. Great caramel flavor and not too sweet. And I had a strawberry shortcake donut. It had fresh big pieces of strawberry and was very good. Outside patio is great. Inside has only room for a few tables, but it works. Good vibes.

The coffee at Metto was rich and flavorful. I could tell that it is quality coffee and was made fresh. Typically, I drink my coffee with sugar and cream, but honestly, I could drink this coffee without sugar.

We found Metto Coffee Shop on our way through Mt . Pleasant. This is a small shop with a very busy drive thru. We opted to eat in. We ordered the quiche of the day, a bacon, egg and cheese wrap, latte, mocha latte and two mini chocolate croissants. I thought we might wait longer for our order with as busy as they were, but it was out in five minutes. The food was great! Quiche was right on target for my liking. Creamy center, flaky crust. The wrap was crisped in a panini press which made for a nice crunchy exterior. The mini chocolate croissants were just the right size. Unlike many filled croissants, these had chocolate throughout. And super flaky, just the way I like them! The lattes were made just as we ordered. I highly recommend this little gem. Friendly staff, good food, coffee and croissants! And remember to tip generously and be kind. These places often work short staffed.
