Chicken Salad Chick is one of my favorite places to eat for lunch. The lemon basil chicken salad is absolutely delicious. I like that they have a variety of options. The restaurant is always clean, including the restrooms. The cashiers are quick with taking orders, and the wait is minimal. This is a 5 star option for a quick lunch that is made fresh.
I absolutely love this restaurant. It is the best chicken salad, perfect for my life on the go. I'm here at least once a week and I've always had a pleasant experience. However, today, not so much. The girl working the register in the blue t shirt was the. most rude, unhappy person I've encountered here. She wouldn't even acknowledge you, speak to you and she barely listened, which is why I assume my order was wrong. When I reminded her I ordered a tea, she rolled her eyes and rudely handed the cup over to me. The very nice lady working along side her had to step in and help bc she was witnessing the horrible treatment from this girl. I don't know if she's having a bad day or what, but they may want to place her in a position where she isn't dealing directly with customers, or you won't have many left.
I want to start by saying that I ordered this as lunch through DoorDash. I had never eaten here or tried food here before. I am incredibly happy I made the choice to give this a try. I was having a difficult day, I came back from medical leave and had a lot to catch up on at the office. This was a refreshing and nostalgic lunch that instantly snapped me out of my funk for the day. When I opened the container and saw the pickle, the perfectly cut sandwich and some awesome looking pasta salad I was instantly transported back to opening a lunch from my mother. The chicken salad was excellent. I got the classic chicken salad on the wheat bread, not toasted. It was hearty but light, just the right amount of everything. The bread was soft and the chicken salad was perfect. I will be frequenting y’all moving forward. You legitimately made my day better and I thank you for that.
Freshly made chicken salad is special at Chicken Salad Chick. They are the "Forest Gump of Chicken Salad.
I ordered Cranberry Kelly with almonds.
I have also had Fruity Fran with apples.
I like it by the scoop. The little cookies and watermelon tea are a treat.
People you got to go there. It's delicious.

Great chicken salad and even nicer staff. The place is large, quick and clean. They let you taste the chicken salad before buying and they are very helpful. I loved the jalapeño and the lemon chicken salad on lettuce the most!
Very unique restaurant! I ordered the lemon and basil chicken salad and it was excellent! Never had anything like it! Definitely excited to try more of the different flavors. I didn’t care for the macaroni and cheese but the broccoli salad was delicious! A bit pricey but the quality of food was well worth the price! Definitely worth checking out! I will be returning soon!
Have eaten at several Florida locations and in Virginia. Wish there was one less than 2.5 hours away. Food is fresh and prepared quickly. You always receive a small frosted cookie and for $2-3 you can add an extra scoop of chicken salad. Perfect for lunch the next day or a midnight snack. 😋
This is a great quick stop for lunch, not too heavy but just right.
This place is simply amazing! Who knew chicken salad could be so good and who knew there were SO many kinds! Try them all, they are all amazing. Never disappointed.

UPDATE: Summer, the GM, contacted me first thing yesterday and went above and beyond to resolve the issue with the catering order to my company's satisfaction. After talking to Summer, I would use them again for catering (I never stopped eating there on my own) knowing that they will correct anything that you are not happy with. I'm changing from 3 stars to 5 stars.
If you go in to the shop and get a sandwich, it's very good. If you're doing catering however, I would pass. I went for lunch with a co-worker, and got the chicken salad on a croissant. The croissant was huge and stuffed with chicken salad. the side of broccoli salad was delicious and they gave you a little cookie for dessert. it was so good, we thought to we would get them for catering for the office.
The catering however, was not very good. They were mini croissant chicken salad sandwiches and there was hardly any chicken salad on them, it was just basically all croissant. Most of them didn't get eaten, people just ate the sides.
I called to let them know, and they said that they were sorry and offered us half off on another catering order. I told her that this one was so bad, that we wouldn't order from them again. They said that they would talk to the general manager and figure out a way to make us happy. that was over three weeks ago, and I've yet to hear back from them.

I visited the Chicken Salad Chick location in Mount Pleasant on a Thursday evening at 6 pm. I was able to easily find a table, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was able to order quickly and easily.
I ordered the Cranberry Kelli sandwich and it was delicious! I enjoyed the sweetness of cranberries and the crunchy texture of slivered almonds in the salad. I also ordered the loaded potato soup, which was also very good. The soup was creamy and flavorful, with lots of potato pieces and bacon. The pasta salad was also good, and it tasted homemade.
One minor quibble is that the bread could have been toasted a bit more for the sandwich. But that is my only negative regarding my visit and it did not affect my overall enjoyment of the meal.
Overall, I had a great experience at Chicken Salad Chick. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend Chicken Salad Chick to anyone looking for a delicious lunch or dinner.
I have used your drive thru often. Today it was especially slow (maybe 5 minutes) seemed longer with 4 cars waiting behind me. I order a scoop and sandwich. When I asked the young lady who served the order, what took so long, her answer was "we are busy".
No apology , jut an ugly answer . If you want to solve the "too busy" problem, I can help. I just will not visit anymore . Doug

Really luv their chicken salads! Picked up to go the plain chix salad and the loaded potato soup for my Dad (84yo) who doesn't like anything "weird" in his food as he puts it, and he said it was great. The inside is clean and basic, staff was so nice, helpful and efficient. 5 stars
