We have only been here twice in the past few months and somehow had the exact same table with the exact same server. Our first visit was at least 2 months ago and then we were in 2 nights ago. When our server came up, she not only recognized us BUT she remembered what appetizers we had from 2 months ago and remembered that my daughter LOVES the ranch so she reminded us to add extra ranch. Are you kidding me?! I have never felt like more of a celebrity!! That was incredible. Everything was incredible but our prime rib was kinda cold. Macy (our server) quickly offered us a few solutions and then got the manager and the cook to come by. That is above and beyond the service I have personally experienced in quite some time. We will definitely return and now we'll probably ask for our "usual" table and exceptional server!
We were greeted and seated in a timely manner. Our waitress (Emily) was very friendly and did her job exceptionally well. Our Bloomin onion was cooked perfectly, and the rest of our food was delicious as well. Even with the plemtiful restaurant choices in our area, this Outback is a go-to for us because of the consistently good service and great food.
Enjoyed the Prime Rib and blooming onion. Food is always great! The service was spectacular! Bathroom clean.
Came here for a solo dinner. The food and service was top-notch! Steak was juicy, tender and flavourful, everything was served in a prompt and orderly fashion, and the employees were obviously passionate about providing quality customer service. Special kudos to my waitress Macie, her service was EXCELLENT! I haven't seen someone work as hard as her to deliver remarkable service in the food and beverage industry in years! Highly recommend her, she was very friendly and hard-working. 10/10 dinner, will come again :)
Came in for dinner after having a really rough day and got the pleasure of have Destiny as my server. She definitely made the night and experience one to remember which kindness smiles and happiness. She was very attentive and on point with making sure I wasn’t in need of anything and made sure I good set on anything drinks I needed along with keeping track of other tables in her section. Will most definitely come back and request to be sat in Destiny’s section!
The food was great, the table in the back by the bar was nice and quiet, but the Apple Whiskey (Irish) was Amazing.
Nate was lovely as he brought out are delicious desert. what a handsome young fella. food was good. i say i’d come back again. drove an hour away. was not disappointed. Seats were clean and table was ready as soon as we got here, customer service was an A+. Even let us in a minute early because the staff was prepared and ready for customers.
5 stars is not enough for this place. It was my first time at Outback ever, and my server Bryce made sure to make the experience as top notch as possible. I did not tell him I had never been to outback but I asked him questions about the menu and he delivered with great options. I ended up with the Wallaby Darn as my cocktail, an 8oz Filet with Lobster tail for my entree, and the Carrot Cake for dessert.The steak was cooked to my liking and so was the Lobster. I even was able to talk to one of the managers Reiko and she was such a sweetheart. Overall my time at this outback was an 12/10 and I will for sure be back.
The Dinner me and my wife had yesterday was BOMB and the staff was super nice!
My experience at the restaurant was hands down absolutely fantastic. Our manager Reiko was excellent. Every thing she recommended was spot on. She made our evening. The next time I am in SC I will definitely come back
