Sweetest staff! Big shout out to Alonna and Tiffany, so slammed, but huge smiles on their faces. Makes all the difference. Also launching Christmas drinks and couldn’t have been more service oriented when doing so. Did not eat a tomato was delicious and the sample gingerbread chai drink so yummy!
Natalie was on POINT this morning. She took the time during a busy morning to help this tired, pregnant, mama and I’m so grateful. Got my morning smile before coffee and I’m so
grateful. Thanks for being awesome, Natalie! #Grandelattewithchai
Big fan of this Starbucks and its generally great staff. BUT...the person who made this latte around 4pm on May 20 needs to go through re-TRAINING! Please! This photo was before I had taken the first sip and the cup is barely 2/3 full. If I wanted TALL drink placed in a VENTI cup, I would have ordered one. When I did drink it...it tasted of nothing but a warm chocolate milk. Like I said, the staff here is generally great (w/ a few loopy exceptions during pandemic hours) but PLEASE give me what I over-pay for...there's just no excuse for this.
Wonderful location in Mount Pleasant. The store is very cozy, and the baristas were super nice.
I love Starbucks. So when I got to this one I was happy to stop into this one while away from home. The partner that helped me find the drink I was wanting when I couldn't decide. She was really helpful and knowledgeable. This was actually a better store than the one I go to at home. Although that one is the bomb diggity too. Anyway, all the love to this one and I'll be stopping by again the morning.
Staff is amazing. They are fast and very helpful.
Kudos team.
Nice and beat place.
my friends and i took a long roadtrip from philadelphia, pa, to charleston, sc. when we went to leave for our trip, my friends wanted to stop at a starbucks before we got on the road. we stopped at this starbucks and went inside the store (very clean btw). i sat at a table and waited for my friends to order. i had my emotional support yeti water bottle with me that means the world to me. with the stress of the long drive ahead of us, i accidentally left my yeti at the starbucks. i didnt realize it until about an hour into our drive back home. i cried when i realized. when i got home that night, i cried to my mom about how i lost my yeti and it was gone forever. she told me to call the store in the morning to see if this starbucks had it. luckily, i spoke to richard, the manager, and he was the kindest person ever. he understood my situation and i offered to send him how ever much money to ship it back to philly to me. i appreciate richard’s kindness in helping me out, and also the employees of the store’s honesty for not taking it for themselves (bc if this happened where im from it most likely would’ve been taken) everyone we came into contact with was so incredibly nice. this was honestly the best starbucks ive ever been too because of how clean and nice and good the drinks were. thank you richard for getting my yeti back to me!!
The gal working the drive through window this afternoon was awesome!! She was super sweet, upbeat, and kind. Fast service and nicely made drink.
Come here almost everyday before work and it’s amazing and my order is perfect. Even when the line is wrapped around, they maintain and give great execution. Customer service can be difficult! They make it look easy!
Temp on my sausage egg & cheese was volcanic...need to cut 15 seconds off
This Starbucks has the best team. I visit several times a week. They are almost always slammed, but they still manage to give each customer kind, individual, and professional attention. Great team work and organization.
Very happy to see that this location was open when they say they’re open. Very pleasant staff too!
Their lemon cake is simply ‘da bomb, but I have a complaint for ALL Starbucks locations. Why in the world do I have to ask for a fork every time I order a piece of cake? Is there another alternate world that’s not a 3rd world country where we eat cake with our hands in a restaurant???
PLEASE, corporate decision makers, institute a new policy of serving a fork with food items that require one. Pretty simple!
