Love the food! The portion sizes are very generous and the quality is great! We've been there twice and will be going back!

The Southern BBQ Sandwich is amazing! I highly recommend it!
My only regret is that we have moved to the Richmond,VA area and we can no longer enjoy the best deli food...the best staff......ever. When we head south in February we have a planned stop at EBD. If you plan a trip to Charleston, you MUST go here to eat!

My husband had the Reuben and I had the BLT. It was our first time in Mt Pleasant. The food was good and the service quick.

Their French Dip is awesome. Love this deli compared to McAllisters. However, the Au jus could be a little zesty-er.. But, never a disappoint at East Bay deli. Wife always enjoys the salad bar. She wants ya to bring back the Mac salad. Friendly staff that actually smile, imagine that!
I'm from Atlanta and visit Mt P often. Visiting friends and decided on a quick lunch at East Bay. Had never been here but is now my new favorite spot.
Emma took my order, and was absolutely AWESOME. I didn't know what to order, but I told her what I was in the mood for, so she recommended the Carolina. It had Turkey, bacon, avocado, cheese and sprouts. I wanted to make a few modifications and she was extremely patient. Even during lunch time, she wasn't short, irritated or try to rush me. We even joked and had a few laughs. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming. One of, if not the most, pleasant experiences I've ever had.
Anyone looking for a sandwich, stuffed potato, or a salad, must give this place a try. And don't forget to bring a few dollars in cash to tip them. They work hard and do great work. I can't wait to come back and eat here again. Thank you, Emma!
I had the gyro with potato salad rather than the chips I forgot to tell him to take off the olives because I don't like olives but otherwise the service was great everyone was doing their covered thing I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this place never been to an East Bay deli and been upset. Thanks guys we will be back for lunch again

Great operation here! I usually get The Citadel and my wife gets the Buffalo Wrap. I love their seasoned fries!! Perfect location to bring kids also.
The food here was amazing. I got the citadel and boy it was delicious. My grandma got the cranberry turkey croissant and she said it was excellent. The people here were wonderful. I can't wait to visit again

I had a cheeseburger, which I didn't realize they served... It looked artificial...lol...the burger was put together so neatly. It tasted so good.. so I guess I have found another new favorite. Awesome service as usual.

We go almost weekly and they are consistently amazing. Customer service with cashiers and manager is always super nice and friendly. Food is fresh and delicious. We are always impressed how good they are :)
A coworker and I met here for lunch. There was ample parking and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the one trip salad bar and everything was crisp and fresh. Still disappointing that we can't create your own salad and an employee stands behind the plexiglasses and fixes it however changing times however changing times require changing attitudes.
Updated: still on point! This has become our “go to” for fresh sandwiches, gyros, and dessert.
Amazing…food/delivery/service! We just moved to the area and were so frustrated at constantly getting poor food delivery (orders not followed/missing items). We tried East Bay Deli and it is amazing. We’ve ordered a couple times and have been so pleased. It’s great to finally find a place we can count on.
Good portions of meat in the sandwiches...broccoli cheese soup is wonderful and I loved the Greek salad. Both, the soup and salad can be asked for in half portions. Cant wait to return when visiting again
