Always a treat to enjoy the food. The service is warm, friendly, and welcoming. They are able to accommodate different orders. Also an occasional song may be sung, which lightens the atmosphere and is warm and inviting. The only thing to change would b better parking, but I know there is no control on this.
Santi’s is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Charleston! The food is fresh, delicious and always consistent! The servers are like family! Bonus that they have 2 great bartenders as well! Favorite dishes: Soup Azteca, Mexican tacos, American tacos, the Mexican beef stew, tamales, wet burrito, guacamole, and most importantly the spicy margarita! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outdoor seating is dog friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. Wet burrito was flavorful, the chips were fresh and crispy, and the drinks were large and ice-cold.
If you are ready to dance in your seat to some Pitbull while eating some great seafood then this is your place. The food here is outstanding. Some of the best margs! Service was great too! The atmosphere was fun and lively! Lots of parking which can always be the challenge in CHS!
This place is a one of a kind! The service is expectational! Margaritas are the best in Charleston by far. They always tastes the same! After a day on the beach the food hits the spot!
This is our new go to for fresh mexican food. The homemade chips and salsa are the best we have had in SC. The food came out pretty fast and let me tell you. The family was shocked by the portion sizes. No TV dinner here like a lot of other mexican restaurants. We a tried a different meat so we all could taste each one. The pork is so tender and flavorful my mouth waters thinking about it. The chicken was amazing not dried out and had a truly outstanding taste. The steak, hold on::: Having trouble trying to describe it. Lets just say the beef was celebrated this day. The perfect texture and the flavor was amazing. We will be going back this coming week to try different items. 5 out of 5 all the way here. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.
The inside of Santi's is why you go. It is so cool with the different lighting options, decor, and overall feel that it makes you feel good to be in there. The outside however, needs some TLC to make it as fun as the inside. The food was average to me, but maybe some folks love it. The place was packed, so I'd say they are doing something right. Overall, worth a visit while in Charleston.
Our server was amazing! He was on point for everything our group needed. Very knowledgeable on the GF options which was awesome! The fried corn chips for the salsa might be my favorite of all time.
They are really into the Sinco de Maya theme.
No kids menu. American Mexican food. If you are hungry it will work.

This place is amazing. Quirky atmosphere and friendly staff. Perfect ending to a day trip in the Isle of Palms. Some of the best tacos we've ever eaten.
