I've recently been going to this Starbucks and the employees in the drive thru, especially Michael, always are so positive and get my morning off to a great start. It's a busy Starbucks, but they work hard to get the line moving!

They had a line around the building the entire time I was inside drinking my Frappuccino and the crew that was working was pumping out drinks nonstop!
Easy to find. Drive thru always looks busy but car move thru efficiently. Staff at take out are friendly, helpful and always thank you. Parking is a little difficult but follow the signs. But...you're only minutes from Shem creek harbour ...so take your coffee to the harbour, enjoy the view, watch the seagulls and sip the coffee.
Matthew is the absolute BEST! Always kind, always friendly! It’s what keeps us loyal to this location! The Quiet 5:30am or the mad rush of 7:30am you’ll always be greeted with a warm smile and a nice conversation by Matthew! We appreciate Matthew and all of his hard work!

Quick service, excellent customer service, my strawberry acai refresher was made the exact way I ordered, easy access with plenty of parking.
Don’t let the long drive thru line scare you off. You’re only a couple of minutes away from your wake-up beverage. The team here is always nice and fast. This is one of the best SBUX locations I have been to across the country.
I drive through this Starbucks most workday mornings. They are friendly and fast. Kudos.
9.9 stars today. The line moved well but whoever the barista was at the window was breathtaking…ly good at her job.
Staff is friendly and familiar. They're relatively fast and the environment in the store is casual and laid back. Sometimes, items are so popular that they sell out. This happens more often than not sometimes, though and they could be out for days. Wish the parking lot was bigger or at least flowed better. If you come at a time the drive thru is packed, you could be stuck trying to get out of your parking space forever!
Always a great experience at this location! Though it can get a little busy inside, the staff is usually very able to keep up.
The only issue we've ever had is that (and it makes sense somewhat) drive thru orders seem to take presidence over people waiting inside. We've put orders in and newer orders from the drive thru would get completed while we're still waiting inside - often for long periods of time.
